Turns out, the thing missing from one of my WIPs might’ve been a dash of the French Revolution. No wonder it’s taken me so long to nail—I never would’ve tried that angle unless it smacked me upside the head like it did.

I saw Aladdin again. Which is monumental...
Endless tilting.
I saw Aladdin again. Which is monumental considering the last movie I saw in theaters before it was Thor Ragnarok. And now I’ve seen Aladdin TWICE! This is a wild luxury, people.
I went back to the theater because this movie hits all the notes I love in stories. I went back, because a princess finds her strength. I went back, because the opulence and romance and lushness was consuming. I went back—and I found myself in awe of that fact.
