I love the Pushing Daisies universe because it’s this beautiful little bright world where people live in windmills and keep bees and everyone’s jobs are things like lighthouse keeping, illusionists, and scratch-and-sniff book authors. But it’s teeming with cold-blooded murder.

This month I bought so many books, its kind of ridiculous. But as of next year, I’ll be on a book buying ban so i might as well make the most of it.
In the Afterlight by Alexandra bracken. I have only read the first one but will be marathoning the rest of the series as soon as possible.
Illusions of fate by Kiersten White. I really enjoyed Paranormalcy and Supernaturally so this was a no brainer.
Snow like Ashes by Sara Raasch. 100% impulse buy.
Gates of Thread and Stone by Lori M. Lee. I haven’t heard much about this one but it does interesting.
A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray. This cover is too beautiful not to have.
Everything Leads to You by Nina LaCour. Impulse buy No.2.
Ms Marvel by G. Willow Wilson and Adrian Alphona.Impulse buy No.3
The Wicked + The Divine by Kieron Gillen, Jamie McKelvine and Matthew Wilson.Impulse buy No.4
Umbral by Anthony Johnston and Christopher Mitten.A customer recommended it at work so i had to buy it.
Saga- Book 1 by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples.I already own the individual volumes but this was too pretty to let go.
American Gods by Neil Gaiman.Friend told me it was good and the rest is history.
About a Girl and What a Girl Wants by Lindsey Kelk.Meant to just buy the first one but ended up buying the second one first.
The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion. Impulse buy No.5
In Real Life by Cory Doctorow and Jen Wang. Needed a cute and quick book and this fit the bill.
