I love magic. And winter— what a perfect combination.
What drew me to this book was some fan art on tumblr, the drawings were beautiful and the quote captioned was perfect.
I loved this whole idea: the seasons and rhymes (I do wish the kingdoms were Rhyme and Reason though— but I guess I have The Phantom Tollbooth for that!) and the people have the physique of their kingdoms.
I wonder where I’d fall. I would say I’m a child of Winter, and I have the fair skin with cool eyes, but I have very dark hair and too many freckles to count.
I had a feeling I knew where the magic went, and I was right.
I look forward to reading what happens next, and of course, finding out which boy she chooses.
