BY GEORGE IT’S AN EASTER MIRACLE
Dairy Free Cheesecake Recipe:
1.5 cups dairy free cool whip (I used TruWhip)
1 8oz package @kitehillfoods cream cheese (the plain kind, not the chive kind, oh god don’t do that to yourself)
¼ c sugar
1 lemon zest
1 c graham cracker crumbs
¼ c melted dairy free butter (or canola oil would work)
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of a pan of your choice (springform or pie pan or anything really). Combine cool whip through lemon zest. Spread on crust. Cool a few hours or overnight.
