Yellow belt = ACHIEVED! I started taking Krav Maga a few years ago, but had to quit before I got very far. Between many many life things, I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to get back into it, let alone commit to it. Getting a yellow belt may not really be *that* big of an accomplishment (I basically went from “beginner” to “intermediate beginner”), but it sure felt monumental to me. Here’s to self care. Here’s to being settled. Here’s to committing. #kravmaga #yellowbelt (Video courtesy of the studio!)
