Lost update is stuck in review on Amazon. Working on it!
Hello again!
I know I said that the fixed version of Lost would be available on 16-Mar-2013, but it’s looking like it might be the 17th or later. I’ll post an update if it goes through today, but here’s the long and short of it:
Previously, two individuals decided not only to pirate Lost but to pretend to be me and sell it on Amazon. It's one thing to pirate a book, and another thing completely to try to sell it, so I had the illegal versions flagged for removal.
Amazon took care of those two versions in a hurry, but while doing so, it appears that they added Lost to a list of books they keep an eye on now that someone had tried to illegally distribute it. When I uploaded the fixed copy to correct the chapter issues, Amazon flagged my own update as suspicious activity and required I provide documentation to prove I’m the author.
I’ve provided everything they’ve asked for, but until they release the hold on the corrected version, nobody with a Kindle will be able to get it. If you purchase books through Kobo or the B&N Nook store, however, your copies are all correct!
I’m sorry that this has turned into such a big issue, and I apologize to everyone who has a flawed copy of the book.
