My Favourite Books

I’m a bit of a book worm. I always have been! And even though I probably read a lot more on the internet now, I still love books.

The best thing about books is that they give us the opportunity to learn, and gather knowledge and experience that might have taken a lifetime for the author to acquire, and we get to acquire that knowledge in the space of a few short hours, days or weeks.

So I thought I’d create this page to share books that are worth sharing. I don’t read a lot of fiction. I...

11 Of The Best Essential Oil Blends For Sleep, Tummy, Focus & More

How to use rollerballsHow to make rollerball blendsThen some ideas for various blends toward the end.

The main thing is the essential oil blends. Blending is an art that can take some time and practice to perfect, and to be honest I...

Simple Paleo Pancakes Use Just 2 Ingredients!

If you’re on a paleo diet, these super simple paleo pancakes are the bomb! They only use two ingredients and so they don’t get much simpler (although these carnivore pancakes /flat breads are pretty close).

Personally I’ve always been a pancake fan. I have fond memories of the staff cafeteria at my first full time job, where they sold huge, amazing pancakes, slathered in butter. I think I bought one every single day for morning tea during the time that I worked there.

Ahhhh memories…. 🙂

What Is The Carnivore Diet?

When I first heard the term ‘Carnivore Diet’, I thought… well… I didn’t think much really. I probably didn’t think at all!

In fact the first time I heard the term ‘Carnivore diet’ it was from my daughter. She mentioned it to me as she was considering giving it a go. This was probably about three or four years ago and at the time I basically dismissed it as a radical way of eating.

I guess I thought ‘eating carnivore’ sounded a bit nuts and went on my way.

My thoughts about this way o...
