Interview with Leanore Elliot

A.R. Von: Hi Leanore and welcome to DreamZ of Dragons! Ready for a fun session of questions? I’m ready to get to know a bit more of what lays beneath all of that Wicked talent ;)Leanore: Hello AR. I was really looking forward to this…knowing you, this will be a trip! Knowing me? It will be a Wild trip!
A.R. Von: What would you do if you were the last person on this earth?Leanore: Find the largest Library left on earth, set up my home there (accompanied by a huge selection of music) and READ!
A.R. Von: Share a funny incident in your life.Leanore: Oh, my. There’s too many to remember. All you need to know is; I’ve kinda’ Forrest Gumped my way through life!
A.R. Von: Just like "Everybody Wang Chung tonight!” What action would your name be if it were a verb? Leanore: “Let’s all get…WICKED!”
A.R. Von: Does Prince Charming exist? Leanore: Oh ,Hell to the yeah! Only, he’s not so much charming as he is sexy. He lives to use his charm to please his woman in a multitude of ways. Therefore, any of you men out there, could easily be him. All you gotta do is set out to make her feel sexy and give her all the glorious orgasms she can stand. Then, give her nightly massages, wait on her, make her your Princess, lay roses along her bare skin…You get the idea.
A.R. Von: Have you ever had the feeling you were being watched? Leanore: All the damn time! However, I ignore it and just hope to be read, instead.
A.R. Von: If a genie granted you three wishes, what would they be? (you can't ask for more wishes)Leanore: I avoid this kind of thing. Why? Wishes always have a price. I learned this the hard way as in: “Be careful what you wish for.” Happiness and all the good things must be earned.
A.R. Von: If you were the Miss World, what would your message for aspiring models be?Leanore: Gain some weight! Get some curves on ya! Stop looking like a stick with boobs!
A.R. Von: Tell us something you hate doing. Why?Leanore: Talking about myself! LOL Like when I’m asked for a Bio(about me as an author) I always say: It’s about the story, the book, not about the author and their ego!
A.R. Von: What specific thing have you personally done that impressed yourself?Leanore: Writing wise? I wrote 10 novels in a year’s time, and got them published.Person wise? I have never changed my happy disposition, despite all the despicable attempts to make me.Life wise? I went for my dream, even when it was an impossible reach for the Brass Ring, and now I help others to do the same.
A.R. Von: If you had to describe yourself using three words, it would be…Leanore: Hopeful…Enchanted…Wicked
A.R. Von: What's your motto in life?Leanore: I have quite a few of them, depending on what I’m doing at the time:As A Woman? Keep your man happy, make HIM the hero of your story. As a friend? Do whatever it takes to be their Rock and make sure they know—‘they’ Rock.As A Writer? Never assume you have the perfect book, but make sure it’s as close as you can get.As An Editor? A reader cannot read your mind—they can only read your words. As A Philosopher? There’s no such thing as coincidences, only incidences with a twist. As A Person? Get rid of anyone who isn’t happy for you and your successes. Because, they obviously don’t love you more than their own insecurities and fears.
A.R. Von: Describe your past week as a type of landscape or a weather forecast.Leanore: A yard filled with lush, bouncy green grass that I can squish with my toes. Above me, the sun plays tag with a bright blue sky by doing peek-a-boo’s with some cottony clouds…The giggles of children and the songs of bird’s, floating around me on a sweet, cool breeze.
A.R. Von: What's your passion?Leanore: LOL, Passion? Maybe you should ask: What is your OBSSESION! Writing and anything to do with getting a story out to be read in Kindle, Epub and Print. Creating the perfect mind blowing cover that tells the story from the outside IN. Making a trailer that captures exactly what was in the author’s mind. Basically? Living, eating and breathing the world of Book Creation.
A.R. Von: Tell us something nobody knows about you.Leanore: That’s a hard one…Okay, it’s that I DO…like the hard ones? Chuckle. No, seriously? I wish I could sing!
A.R. Von: Sing in the rain or dance in the streets?Leanore: I have done both, many times! Though, as per the previous question, I’m a great dancer, especially in the rain but I can’t sing a reasonable note. LOL
A.R. Von: On a more serious note, what’s your next project? Or are you currently working on something new, different, exciting to youA.R. Von: Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to answer all of my questions. This was a lot of fun! I look forward to your next releases (in all ways shapes and forms) and hope you’ll visit again

Author Spotlight with Jim Murdoch

Jim describes himself as an author in a closet, meaning it took him almost fifty eight years to finally realize that writing is what he should be doing. On the other hand, anything written before now probably would not be the same as that written today which draws on his rich experience. The short and sweet is Jim was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, saw the city burn in the seventies, was swept off his feet by Swiss charm, got married and moved to Switzerland in the eighties. He had an unshakable religious foundation which was shaken. This led to a paradigm shift of galactic proportions. Basically his new world view sees everything and everyone connected by energy as everything is energy. A path of self-development studies followed where he delved into many subjects including metaphysics and, yes, dragons.
With his wife, Katharina, he co-authored their self-help story Wings of Change. This got him thinking about writing fiction instead of boring self-help books. Taking inspiration from The Alchemist and The Celestine Prophecies Jim searched for an idea. It came unexpectedly through the experience of a friend which led to Pursuit, a story of dragons, dreams, discovery and destiny. You can read more about the inspiration for the book on his blog www.jmurdoch.com/blog where you'll also find the entire chapter one. Jim is also offering potential readers a chance to be a part of the Pursuit experience with a crowd funding project designed to help pay for professional editing and design. Take a look at his introductory video and check out the rewards. You could get help with your book over dinner! https://wemakeit.ch/projects/pursuit-a-novel
Listen to a recent interview where Jim speaks about the story and the process of writing: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/joeygiggles/2013/02/20/the-authors-nook-show
"Pursuit" will be self-published in April 2013.

Never's past might be under control, but Ty's is just starting to unravel. After receiving a phone call from his broken past, tensions run high between Never and Ty, especially with Never deciding to do something she's never done and keep her pregnancy a secret.
While visiting a skeleton in his dark, dark closet, Ty is threatened by all that he once was and all that he thought he'd overcome. With his pain about to consume him, Never is the only one who stands between Ty and relapse, who can help him control his emotions and find peace, but is she up to it? After all, with two tortured souls desperate for a healing touch, are they more of a hindrance to one another than a help?
Love, marriage, and a baby. Three things that Ty and Never saw coming. It's judgment time for both of them, time to see if the light really can overcome the dark. Here's to hoping.
My Review:
Another great addition to the very addictive Never Say Never series by CM Stunich. It’s still very emotional and deep as the last two with one major difference…it’s the last of the series (EEK!) Well, it may not be, we will find out eventually (I hope). I found myself left wanting much more of the growth and well deserved happiness of these two amazing characters that I’ve come to adore. Any fan of the genre will definitely enjoy the entire series. Actually I think even if you’re not a fan of the genre, you’ll find yourself addicted to Ty and Never’s Life’s.
We learn a lot about Ty and the why’s that led him to the path he has taken. It’s a very sad story and I felt myself respected him even more the more I read on into his experiences. He’s a very strong male and has a very warm heart. He’s one to forgive (mostly), but not to forget. I think I fell a little more in love with him :)
Never gets to discover more of what makes Ty, Ty. She also learns how deeply, realistically and truly he is in in their relationship. She now has closure on her part and is helping Ty through his. Oh and the best to happen for Never, a VERY happily ever after!
Seeing these two troubled souls make a journey and complete one another so perfectly is a great thing for a reader to experience. That’s exactly what I got from the series. Any readers out there PLEASE make sure to start from book 1. You’ll regret it otherwise ;)

The heart cares not what society forbids.
Lily nurtures a secret love for a flawless man—the one who is her soul mate. Donovan is gorgeous, charismatic, and delights in all of Lily’s talents and quirks. Their innate knowledge of each other is almost telepathic. Together they interlock like fine threads creating luxurious silk.
But society dictates this picture-perfect adoration is the ghastliest of all possibilities.
As Lily embarks on a quest for the romance the heavens intended, her suitor turns reluctant. Desperate to uncover why Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hiding decayed from a tender-hearted gentleman into a ferociously self-serving, cocky bastard, Lily is prepared for battle when it comes to the salvation of her soul mate. However, Donovan traps Lily in a mental game of chess, leaving her to question his sanity. When Lily’s revelations about Donovan’s destructive alter ego lead to an unconceivable truth, can she help Donovan survive fate’s cruel joke?
Impassioned, witty, and deeply moving, Love’s Forbidden Flower is filled with stunning controversies that will forever haunt your heart.
My Review:
I’m going to start off by saying… I’ve NEVER read anything like Love’s Forbidden Flower, EVER in my reading history! Not only because it’s not my usual reading material, it’s the story line that I’ve never experienced before. Unquestionably original and I can definitely see why it’s considered controversial. It’s not something you would normally read in a love story, but it’s a really good story. Any fan of the genre that’s looking for something different to read and has no objections to two soul mates, fighting for their love and are related to one another, will fully enjoy it.
Lily is a smart, beautiful and creative young woman that is in love, deeply and unconditionally in love. She has a life plan which a part is to make a business for herself doing what she enjoys most and enjoying her life with the one she loves. But when she is rejected, she finds love elsewhere. It’s nothing like what she feels for her soul mate, but close and he has the best accent!
Donovan is Lily’s older brother. He starts off as doing the right thing, going to high school, helping his father live vicariously through him. Only wanting to make his parents happy and proud; all while holding in many deep secrets from both his parents and his sister brings him to a negative point. He has a hard time with it all and loses himself once in a while by taking it out on others he does not care about. All he wants is to have the one thing, the one person he loves and has loved, but it’s forbidden.
Secrets, deceit, twists, love, soul deep emotions and a forbidden relationship all wrapped into one page turning read. This is the first book of a new series and I’m looking forward to seeing where this roller coaster of a relationship ends up. I’m hoping for the best for Lily, Donovan and Christopher :)

My Review: Talk about someone experiencing the ride of their life! Once again Leanore does not disappoint! Delightful characters and experiences written to absolute perfection!
So much to feel and experience within these pages that it's extremely difficult to put down even for a moment. It felt like not being able to pause a movie you thoroughly enjoying and you just cannot move because you don't want to miss what will happen next.
Madeline is a very strong, independent woman that goes through a dramatic life altering change. Within a short time span she experiences feelings, desires and many other things that she has yet to in her life. She goes to visit Rick in Nowhere Arizona and that's where and when it all changes.
Meet Devon, an amazingly attractive mysterious male that made Madeline's heart go pitter patter. He is very unpredictable and very delectable. He introduces a way to really live life to Madeline in a way that opens her eyes to what else is around her that she has yet to see. Is love possible for these two? You'll have to read away to find out and I'll tell you it is one of the most amazing story's of seduction that you will ever lay your eyes on!

How could she get his attention? Follow Bren through her obstacle-filled journey to win the man of her dreams and jump-start her life.
My Review:A short, sweet and different sort of romance by Leanore Elliot that gives off a real feel which many of us woman can relate to from one point or another in our lives. She wrote us a romance with humor, surprises and intense sexual attraction that can be felt through the pages. Hot cowboys, home cooking and a brand new meaning to M & M’s are just a few things that you’ll gain an appreciation for from reading Double Plush Velvet. I feel many fans of the romance genre and an all around great and touching story will enjoy this read.
Bren is a treasure of a woman. Tough, witty, smart, a touch shy and definitely determined. After months of admiring from a far and serving a hunk of a man that has yet to show interest in her and the need to have some… more in her life. She takes the plunge and goes to apply for a job opening on the farm where he works hoping for nothing but the best outcome. After all, she has nothing to lose but give it a try :)
Our hot cowboy is a man with a huge heart, lots of lickable muscles, and a taste for… sweets. He’s very family oriented and works very hard on the farm daily. He’s one man that’s chock full of glorious surprises for all to witness.
I LOVED all of the characters within. They each had their very own personality and added a perfect touch to it as a whole. Be prepared to be touched and possibly addicted to Bren’s story. I know I cannot wait for the next one to be released :)

Review Finding Never (Never Say Never #2) by C.M. Stunich
"Finding Never"

Goodreads Blurb:
"Tell me, Never, do you still love him?"
Never Ross and Ty McCabe have come a long way – but they can't stop now. Their pasts are still there, ready to sweep over and consume them if they don't confront them. A visit to Never's family seems like the first logical step, but will it make things better or worse? And what about Noah Scott? Ty is Never's tortured other half, but can he also be the healing balm that she so desperately needs? With McCabe's past still a virtual unknown, Never is going to have to make more than one decision capable of breaking both their hearts.
"Ty has changed; I have changed, and things are not always what they seem."
My Review:
Another WOW for me right here! C.M. continued right where Tasting Never left off and kept it going strong. It’s still an incredibly realistic and emotional read with the addition to it being even more endearing than the last. A definite must read for all fans of the genre. A strong suggestion to all those that are reading this and have not read book 1, stop, turn back and read book 1 first. You’ll not be lost if you don’t, but you will not fully appreciate the character and relationship growth if you do not, besides, it’s a great read :)
Never has matured some, grown as a person and is even more lovable than before. She’s learned a lot and has gone through another change in her life, a new path, a better one. I’m so happy to see her going the right direction. Of course the path is not a smooth one. But what fun would it be if it was?
Ty is still one hot mo fo! I’m loving him even more as well. He has also matured and grown as a person. But there is still a lot of mystery in all that is Ty. I hope he continues on this straight a loving path throughout his new journey. It’s doing him a world of good.
These are by far two of my favorite characters ever! I cannot wait to see what CM brings us in the next of the series. I already miss them!!
