What's your motivation
What is your motivation to write and when did you actually discover your writing talents?
As a writer of poetry I am motivated by many things: something I seen on T.V., a phone conversation, I even wrote about having a flat tire.
I starting writing as a child (roses are red) and progressed over the years. Wasn't till recently that I embarked on the adventure of writing a book and I must say it's been rather interesting.(less)

From my book
A FRIENEMY
(can u relate)
A frienemy is someone close in your circle but stabs you in the back
with a smile on their face
like having a bad day or getting sprayed with mace
will push the knife deeper just to make sure you feelin it
don’t wanna see you happy, your joy tryna steal it
Can’t stand to see you have anything not even a man
would steal him to, if she think she can
A frienemy can be a female or male
definitely not the one you wanna call, if you need money for bail
So people be careful who you call friend
cause a frienemy will screw you over, again and again.....

When the Boss is uncovered
I recently watched a show on t.v. where the CEO of a company went to work for a week with the employee's of their own company (of course in disguise). For the CEO's it was an eye-opening experience, because they openly admitted, they were used to sitting behind a desk and it's all about numbers and figures.
So let's break it down:
One CEO actually got fired because he could not meet the standard requirements of a trainee. The trainers kept trying to give the CEO a chance but he wasn't fast enough or he just couldn't complete the task or he just made to many mistakes. The CEO was actually stunned because he had never been fired from anything in his life.
In the process of being trained, the CEO's are having conversations with employees and in the process they can't believe some of the stories.
---One lady traveled one-hour and a half, one way everyday for $8 an hour and most days she got off at 12 p.m.
--Another lady was married with 2 kids she worked 12 hour days, 7 days a week, missing out on family time and school activities.
--One man was raised without a dad, so he excelled at his job so he could be able to not only provide for his kids, but be able to afford to do fun things with them and create memories that last forever.
Ok, so where am I going with this--stay with me for a minute. Do you think your boss could perform up to standards required for you to meet? What sacrifices have you had to make in order to keep your job? More importantly, Do you like your job or is it merely a means of survival?
No matter what your answers are, guess with the way the economy is today, anyone with a job should be grateful.
At the end of the show, the Ceo's ended up revealing their true identity to the employees and provided some insight on improvements that needed to be made concerning the company and some gifts were given such as: (scholarship fund donations, vacations to any destination and cash) to employees based on personal needs. What a happy ending, but of course this was television-----
