Lies
A guy may buy
A pretty girl’s eye
And revel in bliss
From her soft kiss.
But the honest guy

Chancer
I met an extremely beautiful young lap dancer
Whose known as a bit of a chancer.
When she saw I had money
She called me sweet and honey.
And they say I’m a disreputable old chancer …

When a young man named Lee
Said, “please explain poetry to me”.
I said to Rose

Which was a kind of poetry!

In Her Hair
In her hair
And legs bare
I forget regret.
But after laughter
And drink die
I find rhyme
In passing lust
And eternal dust.
Whilst Walking By A Crystal Clear Stream
Whilst walking by a crystal clear stream
I got covered in strawberries and cream,
By a young lady named Lin
Who is full of hot sin –
And then I awoke from that dream!
Her Name
It was quick
In a bedsit
By a canal.
I have the name she
Gave to me.
Anyhow, I know that canal.

Go into the night
Along the unknown paths where
You will meet yourself
We Walked Through the Graveyard
We
Walked through the graveyard.
She
Is frightened of death.
Earlier we
Drank wine.
Our bed
Was hot
The dead
Are forever here.
The graveyard plot
Draws lovers near.

Is known as a dissolute old Rake.
Whilst the vicar’s daughter Coral
Is said to be moral.
And she’s friends with rakish Lord Lake.

There Once Was a Kitten Named Mitten
There once was a kitten named Mitten
Who composed poetry all about Great Britain.
His verse was quite good
So I wish I could
Believe that Mitten was really a kitten!
