Super Fun Interview!
I had a blast being interviewed by author and all-around awesome person Raine O'Tierney over at her blog, The Hat Party. Yes, as the name implies, I had to wear a hat, so I donned my super flattering Jayne Cobb beanie from the TV show Firefly and wore it with geek pride. The questions covered a wide range of subjects, including zombies and dachshunds -- too much fun! You can check it out here.

I just stumbled across a Goodreads list of the best M/M romances published in 2014. Lo and behold, Gathering Storm is at number 25, while Salvation (which came out just 2 weeks ago) is at number 80! What an amazing surprise!!

Full-Immersion Social Media!
Thank you to everyone that found me and friended me on my brand new facebook page this weekend! It's been wonderful getting to meet and chat with so many of you!
Thanks to a plug from brilliant author and all-around awesome person Kindle Alexander, along with those of you that tracked me down on your own, I already have over 150 followers. That's made me so happy! I've really been feeling the love over there this weekend!

I figured while I was embracing the world of social media, I'd join Twitter, too. I can be found @AlexaLandWrites. I seriously have no idea what I'm doing, but damn, it's fun!
I've never really had a clue how to promote my work, and frankly, it's been sheer dumb luck that anyone ever even found my books in the first place! But I figured it was time to get out of my comfort zone and take some chances. That way, I can keep doing my dream job and bringing you new books! :D

So, I finally succumbed to peer pressure (you know who you are!) and set up a facebook account today specifically for my readers. I really hope you'll come find me and friend me, because right now it's loooonely on there!
I pinky promise not to fill up your news feed with annoying pictures of my cat -- even though she is really cute! :) I'll keep you updated about my upcoming books, and just might have a fun giveaway brewing!! So c'mon, be my facebook friend! Do it! Succumb to peer pressure like I did! :D
In other news, I'm thrilled to announce that my new book, Salvation, is a success, thanks to all of you! It's been holding in the top three in gay fiction on Amazon, and I am once again totally blown away by all the love and support! I really do have the greatest readers, and I'm so grateful for you!

waiting and watching!
I'm on pins and needles as I wait for Salvation to go live on Amazon! I sent it in last night, and it always takes them several hours to review new books and make them available. I know it'll go live at some point today, I just don't know when. As soon as it does, I'll come right back here and post a link, since new books are hard to find on their site at first.

Monday, Monday, MONDAY!!
I'm absolutely thrilled to announce that Salvation, the fifth book in my Firsts and Forever series, will be available on Amazon this upcoming Monday, April 21st!!
I'm so excited to bring you the latest installment of this series! I think you'll really enjoy Trevor's story, as well as revisiting your favorite couples from the previous books. They're all here: Jamie and Dmitri, Charlie and Dante, Hunter and Brian, and of course Christopher and Kieran, whose beautiful wedding happens during Salvation. There's plenty of Nana too, and new characters Skye, Gianni and Christian to meet.

On to Editing!
Hi all! I finished writing Salvation this week, and now have moved on to the editing phase. I can hardly wait to bring you the next book in my Firsts and Forever series! It should just be a couple more weeks now, as I polish it up and make it the best it can be for you. I'll keep you posted here when I pinpoint a release date -- and that just may be happening in April!! :)
