Crocodile!

Saw this bad boy not too far from our house. It seems the 2nd largest collection of crocodiles in the United States is in Angleton, TX.  It was kind of scary. I had nightmares for a few days. Yet it was still cool.

Wrath of Dragons!

In the past two months I’ve managed to finish “The Wrath of Dragons.” It is the first novel in my new epic fantasy series. The book is with three alpha readers and its due to my editor in July. The map above is from the book and was laser printed onto leather. It’s pretty darn cool and is currently hanging on my wall above my desk.

In late July I’ll start writing books 2 & 3 and I plan to release the initial trilogy all at once. Once I have set dates I’ll be sure to share them. Right now the working name for the series is “Dragon Lotus” but that could change once I have time to sit down and figure out marketing/keyword mumbo jumbo.

Austin!

I’m back from the Smarter Artist Summit. It was epic and I’m excited to talk about it and to share more photos, but I’m heading back on the road first ’cause my Step Mom and Step Sister, who I’ve not seen in over two years, are visiting and we want to show them around Texas. I’ll be back soon. I swear!

On the Road!

I’m heading to Austin for the Smarter Artist Summit. I’m really excited about it and I’ll share more once I’m back. Make sure you checkout my podcast cause I’ll probably do a Creators Cast episode about it.

Once I get back from Austin I’ll have a few days to clean and get ready because for the first time EVER my family is visiting. Lisa and I plan to show them around Houston but we are also taking them to San Antonio to see the Alamo and to Fredericksburg to see the Texas Hill Country.
