2nd Edition - Revised
I am very proud to announce the updated version to "Through Innocent Eyes - The Chosen Girl's of the Hitler Youth" is now available at: http://www.cynthiaasandor.com. Since originally writing this book a few years ago, new information has surfaced about my father's involvement with the liberation of the Flossenbürg Concentration Camp, additional service medals he received, my mother being a "Debris Woman," and additional information about the girls in Country Service Year Camp. The entire book has been re-edited.

Lamb of Legacy - A Child's Survival in Hitler's Berlin - Book Review
I was deeply moved reading the unimaginable autobiography by Edeltraud F. Fellendorf entitled “Lamb of Legacy – A Child’s Survival in Hitler’s Berlin.” Much has been written about the men, the boys, the machinery, and the tactics of war, but little has been written about the young girls who grew up during this time. This is a warm-hearted, first-hand account of Edeltraud, and her unique experiences during WWII. Her tone is natural, intimate, and at sometimes humorous and witty. Other times, she is a frightened child experiencing the horrors of war. I was with her every step of the way – feeling her emotions, questioning her confusion, and making sense of the world around her. If there is ever a medal of bravery, courage, and fortitude that can be awarded to those German women who are brave to speak about their times, then I would nominate Edeltraud F. Fellendorf for this award.

How to Build Your Author Platform
Sept. 9, 2014 - 6:30 pm
Location:
McAlister's Deli
4410 West Boy Scout Boulevard #150, Tampa, FL
Contact: Jewel Parago 813-528-0080
Tips, tricks and sage advice of what works!
This meeting will teach authors how to build their author platforms one step at a time and going beyond the book.
How to present and market yourself to your audience.
How to determine what you will be known for by your readers and the public.
The tools needed to reach your goals. Social media skills, offline marketing, publicity and more.
Get the tools you need to develop yourself as a prominent and respected author. Learn what it takes to get support from key people with a large following to want to promote you.
This meetup should allow every author to be able to begin building a stable author platform both online and offline. It will teach you how to leverage your marketing efforts by getting other prominent people to do it for you.
The speaker for this event will be Cynthia A Sandor, self-published author of Through Innocent Eyes. After a year and a half of using these techniques, Cynthia has sold nearly a thousand books and has leveraged herself so that others are now writing articles and promoting her book for her. Libraries now call her to request her to speak. Her goal of becoming a New York Times bestseller is positioning itself to happen. By leveraging the timing hook for her book with the 70th anniversary of WWII, and accomplishing the prep work to have her book at the biggest book expo in Frankfurt, Germany, the steps to achieving her goal are growing smaller as her marketing progresses. Leaving the self-publishing world behind for traditional publishing standards is also positioning her book for the next level.
