LOVESICK: THE COMBINED TWO-BOOK SERIES
I have finally released an omnibus boxset eBook version of my Lovesick duet. The new combined two-book series contains both books, and a short I only ever posted in my group, Amanda Meuwissen Books, a fluffy little tale called Lovesick in Autumn.
This is on Kindle Unlimited, but at $8.99, it's actually a full 25% discount compared to purchasing both eBooks separately. Nothing else is different if you already own these, but if you've never read Lovesick, it is honestly one of my favorite things I have ever written.
A role-reversal enemies-to-lovers superhero M/M romance, where the hero isn't being so nice, his nemesis isn't all bad, and nothing goes as planned. Warnings for a deep dive into bipolar depression, emotional manipulation, dips into dubious consent, and comic book level violence.

A chance encounter with the thieving ice Elemental, Prometheus, gives Olympus City's resident superhero the chance for revenge.
At the start of the series, Detective Danny Grant, secretly the heroic lightning Elemental, Zeus, is coping with trauma and not handling it well, trauma he blames partially on Prometheus, aka Malcolm Cho. Mal agreed to a truce to help Danny defeat the more brutal shadow Elemental, Thanatos, but never showed, resulting in countless deaths, including Danny's mother. Having already lost his partner to Thanatos and coming into unexpected powers, then also losing his mother, and how that loss prompted him to retaliate, broke Danny.
Now, he needs an outlet, any outlet, for his anger and depression, and he believes he has found that in Mal. Danny plans to seduce Mal, get him to fall in love with him, and then break his heart to spite him. Falling in love himself, facing a new villain, and finally dealing with his past, his trauma, and what he wants for his future is a long and winding road, now available in this combined two-book omnibus.

Release Day - Apollo's Courtesan
Rather than chapter after chapter of erotica like in Aikos's journey, this is true romance, with a slow burn toward an inevitable swoony & steamy end between the god Apollo and mortal Dax. But like in any classic Greek myth, our heroes must conquer a few trials first.

Apollo's Courtesan can be read standalone but is best as a follow-up to Last Courtesan of Olympus for those who wanted to see Dax and Apollo get their happily ever after.

Some Books May Be Gone Soon
What you may or may not know is that I am an entirely self-published author now, and recently, books previously published through publishers have been released back to me, which means you will start to see them disappear from availability.
Some I plan to redo as soon as I can with new covers. The original covers, once gone, are gone for good. That also means that for my Etsy store, once what I have in stock for paperbacks are gone, that is it until I have new covers. Coming Up for Air is already sold out, so if you love any of these previous covers and had been holding out for signed copies, now is the time. The books include:

The good news is that I now have the opportunity to re-release these under my own Amanda Meuwissen Books brand. The plan for now! I am going to start with Coming Up for Air and the Gemstone Kingdoms series and plan to do illustrated covers for those. That is 6 books in total, which is a good chunk to pay for new covers, so that is likely all I can afford at first on top of my other normal releases. When I have time, I will design and re-cover my contemporary books myself (A Model Escort, Interpretive Hearts, and Public Enemy).
That leaves the Moonlight Prophecies series and those other standalones that I am not currently in a huge rush to re-cover. They're all great books but didn't perform as well for me. I'm hoping with eventual new covers, they can have some new life, but for now, those will be on hold.

It is a great privilege to be in a place as a now fully self-published author to have all of my books as solely mine again, and to finally have the time, resources, and ability to have taken them back.
