First-time author Anabelle Valenzuela-Alarcon grew up all over the world, including Europe, the United States and her native Honduras.

For the past 19 years, she has lived in Miami with her family. She has worked in the communications field for the past 20 years.

She was inspired to write this book by her 3 children and spiritual teachers such as Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and Marianne Williamson.
