Car Wheels on a Gravel Drive
I've just finished the final draft of my new novel 'Car Wheels on a Gravel Drive'. It's at this point that I have to resist the temptation to take one last look at the manuscript as I know that, as soon as I look at it, I'll find things I want to change.
The novel is a crime/murder mystery set in South-West France with a back story for the main character which takes place in London. As well as being the main suspect in the murder of his partner, there are also flashbacks to an earlier accusation of the sexual abuse of a school student.
I hope to publish it in the Autumn.

The Lying Game
I've had a lot of positive reaction to my novel The Lying Game but, now that I'm nearing the end of my next novel, I'd quite like some more readers' reactions and reviews. At the very least, I can say with confidence that it's an enjoyable and suspenseful read. Despite being set in the 1970s and 80s, it's very relevant to what is happening now, particularly in relation to issues of political and media manipulation and the invasion of our privacy.
