He said/she said=Good Wood

My husband and I just completed a joint effort "he said/she said" romantic piece of fiction called Good Wood. This is without a doubt my favorite book I've been involved with so far. It's especially bizarre, as the project started out as a joke.
Les (my husband) was frustrated about how much attention romances/erotica get compared to his previous genres. He said "I'm going to write a book called "Good Wood" and the proceeded to ramble on (completely off the cuff) about this hero he'd create. I stared at him in astonishment and let him get it all out of his system. Then said "I f#*king love it! But the girl needs work. I'll write the girl, you write the guy. Rotating point of view." Thus, Molly and Joe were born.
Good Wood is set in Austin, Texas, my new favorite place in the world. We relocated to Texas a couple of years ago, and I've been itching to write about my observations on this great state for a while now. Our research trip down to Austin was an absolute blast and filled with cool music, unbelievable food, and lots of Shiner. It's like no place else in the world and it's the perfect setting for these colorful characters.
That's about all I want to say. For more info, read the blurb or check out the excerpt on my Facebook page. I hope "all y'all" will add this one to your to-read list!L.G.Pace III

I hit publish on Crazy Love tomorrow!

After the longest book-labor of all time, I hit publish tomorrow on Crazy Love. Words simply cannot express the relief consuming me. Not only did I pause during this novel to co-author two other works (Rage and Something's Come Up), but I have had issues with editing and formatting that are no one's fault but my own.
My editor and my formatter are impressive and very professional. I cannot say enough positive comments about either of them.
I also want to thank my lovely betas and the bloggers that have assisted me in turning out the best product possible. The time it took all of you to help me make this happen is humbling.
XOXO-M

Crazy Love-Feb 18th

My first solo novel, Crazy Love, comes out February 18th. It's a contempo romance/ contempo fiction set in Savannah, GA. It's been a true labor or love, combining aspects of some friends' real life backgrounds with some characters pulled directly from my imagination. Blog tour sign uas are happening as we speak. I can't wait for y'all to read it!

Back to the cave.

Working on finishing Crazy Love. Realized I've been dragging my heels on this manuscript. There are some gorgeous themes in this novel, but some very ugly events occur within these pages. A couple of my characters have been through events inspired by real people in my life and though it makes for provocative art, this sort of "life tap" can really bring out my broody side. Shooting for a Valentine's Day release.

Rage ARC's are ready!

The unformatted ARC's of Rage are going out today. It's a bittersweet moment, launching Stephanie and Phillip's untold story out into the world. They are two of my all time favorite characters and their story wasn't an easy one to tell, emotionally speaking.
After Fury was released abut a year ago, we received countless messages asking if Steph and Phillip would have their own book. We never intended them to. Finally one day I said to Tammy "of course, we know what happens next with Steph and Phillip..."
And the rest was history. I'm completely content with their tale. We sincerely hope The Furies (Fury fans) enjoy Rage.
