An idea I need to invest more time into.

Description:  Two illustration pieces.  The first is an illustration largely of a portrait of a young aristocratic woman.  It sits above a fireplace, alongside another portrait that’s hidden and two letters.  The woman looks troubled.  In the foreground of all of this is a maid dusting the mantle.  Text in front of the piece reads ‘The Portrait.’

The second illustration is two character concepts for the portrait.  One is a maid, looking happily at the camera.  She has short brown hair and is dressed for an era of hospitality long long ago.  Beside her is the concept of a ghost.  It is the same woman as the portrait above, but she is now colored in blues, and looks ragged and unhappy.

A fun night out.

Description:  Two pictures taken while out at downtown clubs.  The first picture shows a colorful drink in a colorful club.  The glass is a ceramic puffer fish.  Next to the glass is a illustration of myself, only a little bigger than the glass.  I’m holding the straw and yelling off panel.

The second picture is angled towards the ground, catching a few patrons’ feet huddled around.  It’s got beautiful tile work.  Again, there is an illustration of myself at a extremely small height.  I’m looking up, engaging with the conversation.  And standing beside me, as tall as I am, is a water bottle.  Hydration is important!

Description:  A photo of a art piece at Wonderspaces Arizona.  It’s a dome that you can walk into, sort of like an igloo.  And inside it is lined with panels that cycle through various color schemes.  When this picture was taken, it was red and blue with some mixing.  An illustration of myself stands in the center, looking up with a smile.  It was very soothing.

I just got my Servant of the Black Dog pdf and read it immediately. The story is great, the art is amazing, the whole feel is just so delightfully unsettling. Low key intrigued by Blake's switch to a non fluffy jacket at the end too.
