I posted a while back about my wild excitement for the August 12 release of this book, and promised I’d update when I had preorder codes and such. And here they are.
I always find it hard to flap my arms and holler for attention and sales for my work, but the undeniable fact is that preorders help a book enormously, and I really do want to get the book–and word about it–out there.
