The IMA Series Is Complete--New Books, Freebies, & Promotions!!!
Yesterday I published the last book in my IMA series, which makes it my second completed series to date.
This is a huge milestone for me, and I couldn't have reached it without the help of others.
That's why I've decided to do an exciting promotion to celebrate reaching this goal!
On November 2, 2015, Cloak and Dagger will be free for download (normal price is $.99).
On November 3, 2015, Armed and Dangerous will be $1.99 for download (normal price is $2.99).
Also on November 3, 2015, Locked and Loaded will be $1.99 (normal price is $3.99).
Both these price-cut promotions will begin at 8 AM PST, and last for 24 hours.
Please spread the word if you can. I'm not very good at self-promotion and would love any help I can get!
And thank you for getting me this far. It's been a long, hard ride, and even though there have been low moments, I've appreciated every moment of it.

I Finished Cease and Desist
It's official! I finally finished the last chapter of the last book in my IMA series. I still need to send it to my betas and then I'm going to read through it all a final time to see if there were any typos I missed in the initial rounds, but the book WILL be out very, very soon!
As of now, it's about 104,000 words, which is fairly decent. I'm mostly happy with how it turned out. It feels great to be writing again, and to have finished something that I've been working on since high school. It's kind of amazing. :)
Thank you all for your support! I'll be posting more updates as the date of publication winds closer. I couldn't have done it without any of you. Seriously. Whether it was reading my book, or giving me a kind word when I was down, you helped immensely, so give yourself a pat on the back for helping this author make something of herself.

The Best Thing About the Book Community.
Finding people who share your passion about your favorite thing. ♥
I think that's true about most communities, actually, but it seems especially true in the case of readers.
I admire that passion in others, and treasure being able to express it with the people I have come to call friends.

Why Do You Review?
For me, reviewing is a way of sharing my thoughts about a book I had strong feelings about and connecting with people who share that same passion and drive when it comes to reading and literature. It is also a means of escape. When everything seems to be going to hell in a hand basket, it's nice to have someplace that I can call my own, where I can share my thoughts about the thing I love most with the people I like.

GUESS WHAT? I'M GOING TO POST ON WATTPAD
I want to start writing contemporary stories, but it's a genre I've pretty much avoided until now. So I'm going to be posting two of my works--DECADENCE and a a secret to-be-revealed project--on Wattpad in serialized form.
