In terms of strategy, is the Celerity spell line also in that "too good, banned by the gods" category? You'd think with Milo's propensity to ready actions, the spell that lets him defy all concepts of speed and act out of order would be something he jumps

No, they haven’t been banned by the gods, there’s just only so many dirty tricks I can work into one chain of events, and Milo’s spell selection is limited by the time he has to research.

That said, I was just looking into ways of curing and/or being immune to Daze. I feel like some kind of trick could be worked out with Contingency, or giving Mordy a magic item with some kind of healing spell, but I haven’t made any enormous breakthroughs yet.

Did you look at the dragon grafts? Particularly Dragonheart Presence and Glaring Eye would seem an acceptable loss of 6 hp for Blindsense and immunity to paralyze and magical sleep considering the nature of many non lethal spells used in the potter univers

I haven’t, actually. Those are powerful abilities for him, considering the setting.

My understanding is that you need actual dragon parts to make the grafts, though, right?

I wonder if it would work with Harry Potter dragons. Hrmm. This bears thought.

Thank you, Mr. Anonymous!
