So will Milo's xp return over time in much the same way that Potterverse wizards regain their happy memories after being away from a Dementor and getting some chocolate or are you trying to nerf him before he gets back to Hogwarts? I can see arguements fo
It’s not about nerfing him so much as it is about thinking “what’s the logical conclusion of X happening?”
In my opinion, draining happy memories pretty thoroughly equals draining XP from an adventurer.
I think giving him chocolate would cheer him up, but it wouldn’t bring his XP back. He has to do some combat and/or roleplaying and/or questing to do that.

Would the Power Word spells work on Potter-world folk? We'll probably never know since Milo took Enchantment as a forbidden school. But it checks the target's HP value, how does that work with something without HP?
Good question. Most likely, it would be pretty deadly to them, as they have no (as in, 0) hp, so they’d be targeted. On the other hand, you could just as easily say they have NaN hp, and the spell just throws up all kinds of errors when you try and target them with it.
Whenever there’s an interaction between the rules like this, I pore over the text description of the D&D ability verrrry closely to see what the most likely outcome would be, then think about what the DM would do. Has Milo pissed him/her off recently?

Was wondering what your opinion of what a Warlock with the deceive magic item Class Feature would be able to do with a Harry Potter universe wand. Considering his ability to "take 10" on any UMD check, I'm wondering if it'd let him work Harry Potter magic
Yeah, there’d be a lot of DM-discretion on whether UMD would cover HP wands or not. I don’t think it would, because in my opinion the wand itself isn’t very magical. It’s more like an Arcane Spell Focus for every spell, rather than a magic item that casts the spell itself.
Those are my thoughts, but a reasonable person could disagree.
