I love books. I love to write books. I love to read books. I love to read books to my kids.

I do not, however, love reading boring books....the ones where you "accidently" turn 6 pages at a time in an attempt to shorten the torture. If I never have to read another book that lists the names of every type of Digger in the western hemisphere, I could be blissfully happy.

When I am working on a children's book, I hope to capture the adult's interest as well as the child's. That way you won't have to hide one of my books on the tippy-top of the bookshelf and pretend you can't find it. Or delete it from your kindle late at night and have to explain how a computer could "eat" something and why boring eBooks are the best tasting.

The Awkward Owl soars!

What a great week! Definitely have to be thankful for all the great reviews. So happy that The Awkward Owl has been at #1 in it's category for quite some time now!
