Krystal Shannan Chats with Delilah Devlin
Tell us a little about yourself. (Author bio)The nature of “sin” fascinates me. What we toss into that great big junk drawer is very personal—and what makes us individual. To me, the greatest sin is driving down the middle of the road because I’m comfortable and safe where I am. My personal journey has taken me through many countries, cultures, jobs, and relationships to bring me to the place I travel now—writing sexy adventures that hold more than a kernel of autobiography and often...

Krystal Shannan Chats with Sara Brookes
Tell us a little about yourself.I’m Sara Brookes and I’ve been writing professionally for around five years. I’m not someone that sticks to one particular genre or heat level in romance, mostly because I love different aspects of different genres. Be it contemporary, paranormal, futuristic/sci-fi or urban fantasy—if the story and/or characters interest me, I’m going to write the book. I don’t write romances were the door “closes” for the sex scenes, but not every story needs to be ero...

How do you plot?
Plotting for me has become a necessary thing. It didn't used to be and I still start stories on a whim, but I do plot out the arc of the story now. I find it very valuable and it keeps me from writing myself into a corner...most of the time... The characters still manage to go off on tangents and stump me of and on, but for the most part, I at least have a map to look at to direct their journey in the right direction. Doesn't mean we won't go southwest, when we were supposed to go south, but...

Krystal Shannan Interviews Author Lynn Crandall
Tell us a little about yourself.I live in the Midwest and write in the company of my two cats. I have been a reader and a writer all my life. My writing background is in journalism, but whether writing a magazine or newspaper story or creating a romance, I love the power stories hold to transport, inspire, and uplift. In writing romances, I like to focus on vulnerable, embraceable characters who don't back down. Humans are complex beings and life holds so many opportunities for growth...
