Happy New Year!
It's 2013!!! Happy New Year, me hearties!!! I hope you rang in the New Year with plenty of rum! (Pirate!)
I'm sad to see 2012 go because I sold my first 3 books and have so many good memories to keep close to my heart. But 2013 poses to be an even GREATER year as I've got two books coming out, Lost Treasure, Captive Princess, March 4, 2013, and The Rogue's Prize, a May 2013 release. There's also the possiblity my third book in the Nelson's Tea Series might be out in October.
I've got a few other projects in the works. Edits for Lost Treasure are due January 7th. I'm finishing up The Rogue's Prize, developing a seven book series, and getting a few other books ready for submission. AND my third grandchild is due any day. Woot!
Though I don't normally make resolutions, I've got plans for taking better care of myself this year. The older I get, the more important that becomes. I've got to update my Marketing Plan too.
Right now, I'm in the market for a great calendar that will help me keep up with all my deadlines throughout the year. Anyone have any suggestions?
If you haven't checked it out yet, I've created my own blog at: www.katherinebone.wordpress.com. I'd love to see you there!
But today, this first day of January, as I get ready to eat my Hog Jowl and Black-eyed Peas for prosperity and good luck, I wish you all a splendiforous journey ahead.
Get pumped! 2013 will be the best years of our lives, me hearties!!!
