New Hearts of Metal boxset, updated quantities of signed paperbacks, and other news

Hey all!

It's been way overdue, but I finally made a boxset for the rest of the Hearts of Metal series. Now you can get books 4-7 in a very discounted set HERE.

Next, I plan to do a boxset for Brides of Prophecy books 7-9.

I hope to have that available in September. Right now I just got my edits back for my short ghost story, "My Fairlady" for the House of Haunts anthology that will be coming out on October 13th.

Book signing recap:

My first in-person signing was a lot of fun! It was at this hippie-esque market in our local furniture store parking lot. I played it up and made a fun display and wore my sorcerer robe and sold my custom teas and some fun bubble toys along with my books.

I sold more books than I hoped for, but I still have copies of some left. I updated quantities in my online store.

The day after was my 41st birthday. The signing took a toll on me because of my social anxiety, so I just got Vietnamese chicken noodle soup and watched Weird: The Al Yankovic story with Kent and Micah.

I also got all the parts I need to do my rear brakes and Micah got me some awesome earrings.

Life news:

There were more deaths in the family within the last couple weeks, so that's been rough. We also have a lot of overdue house maintenance to take care of, including a new paint job. I managed to convince Kent to do purple and these are some of our test swatches. We're going to go with the 3rd one down, though if I had my way, it would be a much more dramatic hue, lol.

Unfortunately, the inland northwest is on fire and the smoke is too bad for us to work on the car or the house. So I'm working on The Graveyard Girls.

Life News:

Between work on various projects, I'm slowly putting together my Halloween costume.

One important element just arrived. A smoking jacket! I'm not just excited about this because of the costume. I've wanted a smoking jacket since I was 7, lol.

I'm also hard at work on Redeeming the Angel, which comes out in November! I will be taking down a reserve list for those of you who want a signed copy. Reply to this email if you want on the list!
