HIS LOVE COVER REVEAL

hey guys,Kane is a a half spanish no nonsense kind of guy. He has been working all his life to get his father’s approval. Finally things seeemed to be working out for him. He was vice president of his father’s company, a husband and a father to be. But when his wife Maria dies during child birth, he turn into an ogre. he despises his life and worst of all can’t stand to look at his baby girl.
Rayne has lost everything. Her whole family is dead, she lost the house to the bank and can’t find a job. She feels like she is being punished for her drug addiction days. She takes a job as a nanny for a little girl. When she meets Alessandria and her father Antonio she is sad to see how they do their best to avoid each other. But Alessandria fills a gap that Rayne’s dead baby has left.
here is an excerpt;
“About Rayne—” Kane began and Antonio turned to walk out of the office.
“What about Rayne, father?” He was ready to put his foot down. His father’s controlling interest in the company forced him to listen to Kane, but he didn’t have any controlling interest in his personal life.
“Are you sure of what you are doing? Are you sure it’s right to let Alessandria refer to Rayne as her mother?” Skepticism was his father’s main attribute.
“Rayne is the only mother she’s got. I’m going to marry her soon; I don’t see why we shouldn’t be a family now.” Antonio shrugged nonchalantly. For the first time ever he didn’t need his father to approve what he was doing.
“Who’s getting married?” Sofia sauntered into the room, a questioning frown on her usually perfect olive brow.
“Rayne and Antonio.”
“She doesn’t know of my intentions just yet, so please keep it to yourselves.” The last thing he needed was for them to scare her away.
“The man in the Armani suit is back.” Rayne met them in the foyer carrying a sleeping Alessandria in her arms. “It’s a bit early for you to be here. What went wrong?”
“Nothing.” He leaned down and kissed her cheek. “How is she feeling?”
“Better, but the medications keep her in an unconscious state,” Rayne mumbled and Antonio could see how stunned she was by the public display of affection.
“What about you?” He stroked her cheek and watched how she darted her eyes at his parents.
“I feel better.”
“Have you eaten?”
“The thought of food just makes me want to gag. I’ll just go put her down for a nap.” Rayne walked away.
“You got her pregnant.” His mother accused after Rayne was out of ear shot.

Highly emotional.
A really good book. My first book from this author. I will be looking for more from her. I recommend this to everyone who loves books about bad boys.
Goodreads JV rated it 3 of 5 stars
I don’t usually read romantic suspense/action so I was sure after page one I wouldn’t like it. Glad to say I was wrong. Reece was a great guy and even though Charlie’s reasoning was threadbare, I liked her kick-a$$-and-take-names attitude. The book was a little graphic violence wise (those poor Corisi cousins!), but overall a good, quick read.

Some of the reviews were short, but even one word is enough.
COVER REVEAL “HER VENICE AFFAIR” by CHRISTINA O.W
Not many people know this but I did not come into this world alone. My twin sister Rinah (Christina OW) and I are different in so many ways. But we both possess the desire to create, and crazy imaginations too. I think looking alike and creativity are the only things we have in common. She has a new book coming out on October 30th by Secret Cravings (did I mention we also have similar publishers). Its called HER VENICE AFFAIR, fancy name huh? Well read the synopsis and first chapter and preorder it. I know you are going to love it.
Riana and Reno Albury came to America with their mother Cora Davis who ran away from her New Providence home after she was confronted by her lover’s wife. After their mother’s death and Reno’s deportation, Riana is left alone in NYU. Life seems to only gets worse when she finds her roommate and her boyfriend having sex in her bed. Distraught and tired of always been the good girl, she takes a billionaire up on his offer to go to Venice with him. What could possibly go wrong?
Chapter One
Riana Albury stood frozen at the doorway of her bedroom, stunned. She couldn’t move her legs let alone avert her eyes from the scene that played before her. The shock had her rooted to the floor. Her eyes bulged out, her mouth ajar, a buzzing noise in her ears and diner on the floor after slipping through her stunned fingers.
And yet one thought filled her mind. A porn production studio would pay top dollar for the noises Claire was making. Not only the noises but the moves she made on Steve- evident by his horse-like grunts- as she rode him like a professional horse rider.
What did the call them… ah yes, jockeys.
Riana turned to the floor to ceiling mirror. Steve had insisted on her getting that room just because of it. Claire was leaning over him, one hand pressed to his chest the other behind her holding onto something between his legs, her chestnut hair in his face and the breast free of Steve’s hand swaying in sync with her hair.
Claire made a shrieking noise and arched her back forward, throwing her head back. Steve rose, both his hands occupied- one on her breast the other between their bodies- grabbing the swaying breast in his mouth and sucking hard on her nipple, making Claire scream. Then he made a low shout, pushed Claire up with his hips and fell back on the bed taking her with him.
Riana turned back to look at their sweaty flushed bodies still in a daze. After a few minutes of her standing there and them finally catching their breaths, they began to laugh, Claire rolling off Steve’s body.
“That was wonderful,” she purred.
“Yeah, better than last time. Claire, you are a dream come true.”
She turned to face him and pushed up on her elbow, “It’s the least I could do. I feel sorry for you because I know Riana will only let you fuck her missionary style.”
Riana felt her chest push forward as if her heart was trying to escape the stabbing pain from Claire’s words.
“Damn, how long have you guys being dating… six months?” she declared like it was an amazing fact. Then she fell back on the bed, “Six months of boring sex? I admire your strength.”
He snorted then quickly rolled on top of her. “I was her first and it would have been a fucked up move if I didn’t stay in the relationship. From the moment I saw her, I wanted to screw her. Damn she has a body to kill for.”
Under him, Claire turned on her belly, the pushed up on all fours forcing Steve to move up on his knees. The buzzing grew to a bell ring in Riana’s head, her heart pounding faster against her ribs.
“Wait, so you made her your girlfriend to get between her legs and you think leaving her after she gave up the goods was a fucked up move and what we are doing isn’t?” She laughed, “I like you style.”
“And she’s paying the bills leaving me all the free time,” he slapped her ass making her shriek with laughter, “to fuck you.”
Claire laughed, “You are a bastard.”
Steve’s hips jerked forward making Claire whine. “And you are a bitch, fucking your roommate’s boyfriend.”
“You don’t love her.”
He chuckled, “Never claimed I did. But I do love her tight innocent pussy.”
“Steve, stop.” Claire turned her head, trying to look past him, “what’s that hissing noise?”
Hissing noise? Riana paid attention to the noise. It was coming from her. Was she seriously hyperventilating?
I am not having a panic attack! Riana chastised herself.
Steve turned around. His eyes grew wide and his hips stopped moving, “Babe!”
Claire scrambled away from him off the bed, pulling the bed sheet with her, “Riana, how long have you been standing there?”
Too long, Riana thought as she took in a deep breath trying to calm herself. That’s how long she’d been standing there watching her roommate and her boyfriend, betray her.
Steve quickly pulled on his boxers and moved towards her, “Babe, it’s not what you think. You know I love you. Claire is just a fuck.”
You know I love you. His words rang in her head, clearing the haze but building the blur in her eyes.
Was she really that stupid? How could she be so blind? He was using her for her money, her home… she felt her body cringe with disgust. He was using her body for fun. When he looked at her he saw nothing but her tight innocent… she cringed again.
“You never loved me?” Riana cried facing him.
Steve closed the distance between them in three easy strides, “Oh babe, I do love you.”
Claire’s snorted. “Sometimes Riana, I can’t believe you got a full ride to NYU. Don’t be naive!”
Steve turned to her, his eyes narrowed to slits, “Shut the fuck up Claire.”
She let out the most evil laugh Riana had ever heard. “It’s the truth. The genius- and I use that term loosely- didn’t know we were fucking, in her bed, for four months!”
Four months, in my bed! Riana felt like she’d been punched in the gut! “Oh God no!” she doubled over, pressing her hands on her knees as she struggled for breath.
“Babe,” Steve started, placing his hand on her shoulder. The contact stung.
She jerked away, “Get the hell off me!”
Steve took a step back, “babe, please…” He begged his face showing exactly how panicked he was.
If she hadn’t heard them laugh at her, she would have thought the panic was because he was afraid of losing her. No, he was afraid of losing his carefree easy going life.
Riana shook her head, dislodging the tears in her eyes. She couldn’t speak. She couldn’t stand to look at them for one more minute. She needed to get out, to breathe.
Without another word, she ran out to the living room then out the front door. She didn’t even bother to take the elevator. She pushed the door to the stairway open and ran down the steps, crying, to the lobby. She ran into the streets and straight into a bus, seconds before the door closed. She didn’t know where it was going, all she knew was she needed to get away from them.
She took the seat in the back then she leaned forward and cried her eyes out.

Indiscretion Excerpt:
Damon sat in a red-velvet bishop’s chair in one of the back rooms of St. Augustine’s Cathedral in downtown Chicago. The 100 year-old church’s renowned stained glass window, featuring the Messiah in an array of colors, hung high above him and gently filtered the October sunlight. His eyes rested on the tiny dust particles floating in the air, a useless attempt to distract him from his thoughts.
Three rapid taps on the heavy mahogany door broke through the silence and jarred him from contemplation.
“You ready?” a deep voice asked. Damon recognized the voice of Kurt, who would be his brother-in-law in a matter of minutes. A pretty stand-up guy, in Damon’s opinion. Looked nothing like his sisters, and wasn’t all that close to them, but he had stepped in per Carmen’s request, to fill the role of best man when Damon argued with the original one—his life-long friend Craig. Tempers flared when Craig told Damon he was making the biggest mistake of his life. The conversation ended with Craig refusing to be a part of the wedding. They had since made up, but Craig stood by his original protest. Kurt being in the wedding made Carmen happier, anyway, Damon mused.
Someone knocked again.
“I’ll be there in a minute.” Damon responded. He walked over to the full-length mirror to give himself a once over. The black tuxedo that Carmen picked out hugged the contours of his svelte body. The white shirt gleamed against his smooth ebony skin. He noticed his white bow tie was crooked and slowly straightened it. His palms were moist as he ran them down the silk stripe of his pants trying to remove the uncomfortable feeling.
He rubbed his freshly cut hair, checked his nose and the corners of his mouth. In a few moments, he would enter the sanctuary. He brought Carmen’s image to mind. Good. Sweet. Settled. She possessed an aura of comfort—like baked bread or warm milk. The kind of woman that could hopefully bring him the peace he had been searching for.
Kurt pummeled the door this time. “Everyone is waiting. Carmen’s starting to get nervous. You were supposed to be out here a half hour ago.”
Damon looked down at his shoes, patent leather, polished to a spit shine. Was he doing the right thing? He cared deeply for Carmen, but was it love?
What he wanted was to feel normal, to be satisfied with his life. The ghost of his past emerged again, as it often did, and reminded him that he had made a mess of things—two children by two different women, and a short stint in jail. The reminder rode in on a tide of regret.
He heard someone trying to turn the worn iron doorknob, but he had locked it. It wiggled back and forth desperately and he could hear mumbling on the other side. The rhythm of his breath sped up and a wave of warmth rose up from his feet. He thought of Rachel, the mother of his second son, and the words that spewed from her perfect mouth three years ago when she broke up with him—I can’t be with someone who’s content to do nothing with their life. And when she met Evan Kilgore, M.D. at the hospital where she was taken the night she broke her foot playing softball, she banished Damon to the “friend zone.” He accepted his punishment; anything to still be a part of her life. He never thought she would marry him. He never forgave himself for losing her and wasn’t about to make the same bet and lose twice. He had to marry Carmen. If he didn’t, he might lose her too.
“Go get the key.” He heard Kurt say to someone on the other side of the door, along with another knock.
It was time. Damon stood silent in the room. He expanded his chest and forced air deep into his lungs, but it still felt like he was suffocating. His hands registered a slight tremor and as he straightened his tie a second time, he felt a bead of sweat trickle down his temple. He grabbed the teal handkerchief out of his pocket and blotted it. His legs felt heavy, like someone cemented them to the floor. Why did doing the right thing feel so uncertain? He closed his eyes and tried to steady his breathing. In a few minutes, it would be over. He willed his legs to start moving. Kurt, and Carmen’s sister, Cathy, lunged forward into the room as he opened the door.
The church’s pot-bellied groundskeeper walked up behind them carrying a large metal ring, holding several antique keys. He rubbed his shiny dark beard. “Ev-ry-thin’okay?” he asked with his bushy eyebrows raised.
“We got it, sir. Thanks.” Kurt said to the man who looked around the room, then shrugged before walking away. Kurt turned his attention to Damon. “The wedding planner is going nuts! We thought something had happened to you.”
Cathy huffed, “No we didn’t.” She squinted at Damon. “Why don’t you just admit it and save us all a lot of trouble.”
He looked right through Cathy. “I’m good, man. I just needed a minute, that’s all.” Damon brushed past Cathy, dressed in a silly Cinderella-looking, teal, taffeta dress, and lightly grazed her gloved arm. She gritted her teeth as she placed her hand into the center of his back and shoved him forward. He stumbled three un-willful steps at the forceful blow before he managed to get control of his feet. He closed his eyes and drew in a slow deep breath, taking a moment to gather himself—to deny himself the delightful thought of shoving her back—his mother had raised him better than that. He stretched out his arms and adjusted his shirtsleeves, checking his cuff links. Unfortunately, she was part of the deal.
He continued down the hall and opened the double doors to the sanctuary, where 200 guests sat in pews adorned with teal bows, and music from the harp player greeted him. Damon and Carmen argued for two days over the harp player—a total waste of money in his opinion, as was all of it—the courthouse would have suited him just fine. He walked past the harp player strumming like a fool, down the red aisle runner and took his place at the altar in front of the robed Reverend Mallory and the barrage of burning candles.
“Are you ready, Son?” Reverend Mallory was a large man, his voice even louder. The question he asked reverberated through the church and came to rest in Damon’s ears.
Damon gave a nod. Reverend Mallory opened his Bible and the wedding planner raised her bony arm toward the back of the church, cuing her assistant to start the music. Time seemed to suspend as the remaining eight members of the bridal party entered the sanctuary, waltzing to Carmen’s careful selection of Luther Vandross’s Here and Now, and took their places at the front of the church. Damon was avoiding Cathy’s glare when the collective sound of 200 people standing grabbed his attention. When he looked up, Carmen stood in the doorway, engulfed in a sea of white. Tulle cascaded all around her. She made eye contact with Damon almost immediately and smiled. He wasn’t sure what he was feeling, but he knew her well enough to read the look on her face—that grin and the beam in her eye spoke of her happiness. And when he saw how happy she was, despite everything, he was happy for her. Her hand reached out for his and she took her place beside him.
Reverend Mallory loudly cleared his throat, and began the vows. Carmen recited hers first. Damon silenced the voice inside his head that hinted at the fact, he might not be sure of this marriage. But there were so many people. So much money spent. Too much to lose not to get married.
“Damon, do you take Carmen to be your lawful wedded wife? Do you promise to love and cherish her, in sickness and in health, for richer, for poorer, for better, for worse, and forsaking all others, keep yourself only unto her for so long as you both shall live?
“I do.” Damon adjusted his tie, secretly loosening it. The promises felt really big. He had a long history of preserving his own self-interests. He wanted that to be behind him now. He accepted the ring from Kurt and placed it on Carmen’s finger.
“Do you together promise, in the presence of your friends and family, that you will at all times, and in all circumstances, conduct yourselves toward one another as husband and wife?”
“We do.” He muttered as he searched his heart for certainty. Carmen’s voice broke through his with full conviction.
Reverend Mallory smiled. “You may now kiss your bride.”
Damon lifted Carmen’s veil and looked into her eyes. He needed her. He needed her in order to become the man he wanted to be. She would settle him into a normal life, where he would go to work at his job as a car salesman, come home and eat dinner with her, and go to the grocery store on the weekend. Normal. He grabbed her around the waist and kissed her as a symbol to everyone, and to himself, that this was his new life.
