i guess fanfiction wasn’t a phase….
anyway tag how old you were when you got into fanfiction, and your first fandom, and how long you’ve been stuck in the trenches with all the rest of us
I was 23 when I got into it, as a reader for about two months and very, very quickly after that got into writing it. I had a gap of about 3-4 years when I thought I was over it and had moved on, but then I discovered Benedict Cumberbatch and then Sherlock (in that order) and it pulled me right back in. I’m 41 now and don’t foresee leaving it behind this time. The fic life chose me, y’all. 😊
