today’s yoga session
For today’s yoga session I was still testing out my new Gaiam yoga travel mat. Sad to say, it’s awful. Thin, slippery, and short. I used to love Gaiam, too. Maybe they’re too big now and have lost track of their quality control.
Still, I’m grateful I can find time for yoga each day and those spinal twists always feel wonderful! #namaste
