Luis Rodríguez Martínez es un escritor puertorriqueño. Posee un Bachillerato en Artes con concentración en Estudios Hispánicos de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto Universitario de Mayagüez. Actualmente ejerce como profesor de Español y Francés. Sus cuentos han sido publicados en las revistas El vicio del tintero, En sentido figurado y El relicario. Es el autor de la novela corta "Obsesión o la farsa de Julián Solevan" (2014, 2da Ed. 2018) y el libro de cuentos "Historias para beberse de a poco" (2017). Como guionista, escribió y co-dirigió el cortometraje "Un día de suerte", ganador del Premio Ron Ditmore a la Mejor Comedia en el Rincón International Film Festival, en la edición del 2016.
