Conversations with Mr. Kiki
If you have ever wondered if animals have souls, and what happens to them when they die, this blog is for you.
Let me begin by introducing you to Mr. Kiki. He is a master spiritual teacher that now lives on the other side. During his last lifetime on Earth (1988-2004), he lived as an animal companion, born a Pekingese. He came to Earth to increase his spiritual growth and act as a spiritual guide for me.
At the time we met, I was deeply involved in expansion activities including meditation, drumming and Tibetan overtone singing.
I did not discover the true nature of our relationship until he had passed over. At his burial, I "heard" a voice tell me that I would write a book, CONVERSATIONS WITH MR. KIKI. Although I did not understand at that time how it would be accomplished, I simply accepted that it would.
The process of receiving his messages and writing the book with his participation took me seven years, and is now published by Balboa Press under the title of CONVERSATIONS WITH MR. KIKI: ONE WOMAN'S SPIRITUAL JOURNEY WITH HER BEST FRIEND.
I will skip ahead now as the story of our soul evolution is told in this memoir, and you can read it there.
We are currently engaged in sharing information with humanity about the importance of co-creating with nature because our society is at a crossroads, or what many term as a paradigm shift.
There is much to learn from our interaction with both the nature and animal kingdom, and Mr. Kiki has agreed to be a conduit for that information.
Recently, my sister-in-law, Veronica who lives in Brisbane, Australia, contacted me about her missing cat, Tosca. On her behalf, I contacted Mr. Kiki, and he suggested that Veronica continue to visualize Tosca returning to the front door of her apartment.
After two weeks of this process at approximately 5 a.m., Veronica heard loud meowing at the door! A very hungry and skinny Tosca had returned home.

Animals as Soul Mates
If you have not yet met your animal soul mate, chances are you can call him or her forward by invoking their presence.
First, I suggest making a list of all the key characteristics you are looking for: i.e., a lap dog, a companion cat, an athletic canine that can catch a frisbee, a rescue animal that you can foster ...
Also, put in personality characteristics such as perky, calm, energetic, etc.
Compile your list over a three day period. Checking back each day until you are sure it's like Goldilocks third bowl of porridge ... just right!
Now, you are ready to sit quietly, eyes closed, and begin to imagine your animal materializing in your mind's eye. Take as long as you need to receive a vision. This may take a number of tries, but if you are patient, your animal soul mate will show up.
Once you receive an image, see yourself and your companion together and notice what kinds of activities you are engaged in.
Invite your animal to join you in real time, and use a name to call him or her forward, if one has come to you.
Continue to replay this visualization for as many times as you like, and wait for your animal soul mate to show up in your life.
"Once the animal placement review board receives a request, we create a template for the human and animal to connect," says Mr. Kiki. "We help humans and animals connect who are seeking to further their spiritual evolution. We look forward to being of service."

Walking My Talk: Co-creating with Nature
For the past twenty years, I have developed a relationship with nature that has been more grounded in spirtuality rather than day-to-day reality.
The concept for MIRANDA's MAGIC GARDEN, my first children's book, came in a dream. The imagery was in animation form and at first, I could only envision the project as performed. A chance meeting with a published children's book author guided me to begin by writing the story down in book form.
Since I knew very little about physical gardening principles, it was necessary to steep myself in research. My own home garden was languishing, while Miranda's featured sunflowers that reached fifty feet into the air!
The irony of this finally occurred to me, and as I began to physically engage with my outdoor garden, the book finally began to bloom.
Recently, I returned to my home base of Los Angeles after a two-year sabaticcal in the forests of Tennessee. When I returned, I was unsure of my next step, and where to focus my energies.
Through a series of synchronistic encounters, including dreams, I was guided to develop an urban landscape that I have named SERENITY GARDENS.
In retrospect, it is the perfect embodiment of all I have learned through my interaction with nature spirits, and my beloved Mr. Kiki who still communes with me. But, it was not consciously directed by me. I believe it was a spiritual intervention to assist me in getting back on track.
The gardens we all tend need not be physical ones; they can also be ideas that we manifest to further our personal growth.
Ultimately, gardens are the metaphor for how we live our lives: planting seeds, tending to their well-being, enjoying the harvest, and eventually letting go. The recycling of energy never ends, but is a spiral that continues through eternity.
