Right Wing Watch catches another doozy:

No, Cindy—he just meant that he loves this song:

God just wanted you to send him an iTunes download, not tell the world that our gay-marriage-loving souls are soon to perish. Sheesh!

In loss, Frank Schubert and Ryan Anderson take to calling us 'cheaters'

The new meme for those on the wrong side of history? Those of us who prevailed in the Prop 8 process are "cheaters" who were only able to prosper because of legal chicanery:

SOURCES: Schubert's piece

Anderson's tweet

Oh, and Schubert, the man who has managed multiple campaigns (including Prop 8) that have quite literally taken marriage rights from gay citizens and cheated us of our chance at equality, has self-determined his side to be the ones who have been downed by an unfair move and hit belo...

Cohabiting couples are at disadvantage, says org that leaves gay couples with no other option

The National Organization For Marriage aggressively opposes marriage for same-sex couples and, when it comes down to it, always opposes even a civil union setup (even when they pretend to support them because local polling forces their hand). That being true, it's so unbelievably offensive for NOM to promote ideas like this one:

So where does this leave same-sex couples? If NOM staffers truly believe that cohabiting couples will always fall behind married couples, doesn't that just add an extr...

Ken Cuccinelli calls gays harmful, unnatural, challenged (i.e. he promotes harm, unnatural hostilities, more challenges)

Screen Shot 2013-07-22 At 8.18.32 AmIn a weekend debate, Virginia's far-right Attorney General and current GOP gubernatorial candidate, Ken Cuccinelli, said homosexuality is “against nature and harmful to society," as well as referred to being gay as a "personal challenge":

KEN CUCCINELLI: GAYS AND LESBIANS STILL 'HARMFUL TO SOCIETY' [Towle]

Asked why he chose to push such hostile messaging in such a prominent forum, Cuccinelli was rumored to say, "Well, it just seemed easier than going to every gay kid's house and telling him to...

NOM hero Robert Oscar López: 'Gay marriage is a done deal'

Robert Oscar López has written numerous articles against LGBT rights, has testified against marriage bills before state legislatures, has spoken at "protect marriage" rallies, and earns regular mention on the National Organization For Marriage's various properties. He has also said some of the most vicious things imaginable about LGBT rights and gay parents in particular.

Still, even he knows that we on the side of equality have all but won the marriage debate. López begins his latest blog pos...

LaBarbera hints God going to punish the West; takes conversation south

201307191016

Peter LaBarbera is not feeling this summer's royal baby fever. Instead, he's knocking great granny for angering God:

“You know, we now have the Queen okaying same-sex ‘marriage,’ and in the United States we have a number of states that are allowing it – and it's still not marriage,” “But the reality is that the West is kicking God to the curb … and it will suffer the consequences.”

—Peter LaBarbera, speaking to One News Now

I gotta wonder, Peter—is the curb really such a bad place for God to tak...

Video: This is the one where Bryan Fischer equates Mary Cheney's sexuality with bank robbing, drug dealing

Stealing cash from a teller? Slinging heroin for profit? Parenting your two children with your spouse of many years while seemingly holding onto very conservative values?

Leave it to the fascinating case study in LGBT obsession that is Bryan Fischer to link the three:

[RightWingWatch]

I love how everything we do—every breath, every step, every job, every vote, every fart—is supposedly geared toward putting one over on the public. I'm exhausted enough already! I can't imagine how draining it woul...

Matt Barber: Parents of trans kids should be tried for child abuse

He equates the kid's wishes with some other selfish demand that a child might make. He equates the parents' choices to child abuse:

Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel Action tells OneNewsNow the parents of Kathryn [sic] should be investigated for criminal wrongdoing, likening their conduct to child abuse.

“In order to be hip and cool and trendy to facilitate this gender confusion,” says Barber, “and then to even prepare this baby for hormone abuse, to try to stall the onset of puberty, and to pump...

Two moms parenting on TV (as in real life)? Not on Alison Howard's watch!

The Disney channels series Good Luck Charlie is set to introduce an openly married couple that happens to be made up of two women. "THIS MUSTN'T Screen Shot 2013-07-19 At 8.10.30 AmSTAND!" vows the Concerned Women For America's far-too-young-to-be-so-mad-at-gays staffer, Alison Howard:

"They’re looking to gage public reaction," [Howard] comments. "[So] let's give them some feedback then. This is where parents need to step up and let their voice be heard.

“You need to not let this go by [because] this is the beginning of something...
