Video: Watch CBN talks about gay people as if we are their personal craft projects
"Struggling" is the only way we exist in the world of Christian broadcasting. Here's how they plan to "fix" us going forward:
Cynthia Austin, you are worthy of human love and companionship. I hope you come to realize that.

Their rhetoric has turned macabre and concerning
For the past ten years, I've wondered what the opposition would sound like once the marriage equality fight, which has long been the marquee fight of the so-called "culture war," reached its inevitable conclusion on the right side of fairness and history. The answer, as we approach a Supreme Court ruling that is likely to bring the freedom to marry to all fifty states, is becoming clear. And morbid:
"The number in the Black Robe Regiment is about 70,000 now," [Glenn] Beck said [to Jim Garlo...

And now conservative pundits are begging states to secede and form gay-less paradise (#LesGayBiFelicia)
Attention all tourism boards. WND editor Joseph Farah needs you all to consider his oh-so-rational and in-no-way-nutso plan:
Is there one state in 50 that would not only defy the coming abomination, but secede in response? The rewards could be great. I would certainly consider relocating. How about you?
The founders of this country found a place of refuge in America and shaped it into the greatest self-governing nation in the history of world. Just think what one state could do if it simpl...
NOM has a plan; and some snowballs plan to summer in hell, too
We're in a really interesting phase of the "culture war" where all kinds of anti-LGBT groups and professionally discriminatory individuals are ratcheting up defiance. They all say things about what they're going to do next and how they'll never give up. They talk about the book or rally or campaign that they have up their sleeve. They throw anything they can at the wall in order to hide the obvious writing upon it.
Here's the National Organization For Marriage's version:
Dear Marriage Supp...
Video: Man who's in court defending 'ex-gay' therapy says Satan is behind gay rights
This week in Jersey City, New Jersey, Charles LiMandri, a conservative attorney who once served as the general counsel for the National Organization For Marriage, is in court defending the "ex-gay" group JONAH (Jews Offering New Alternatives to Homosexuality) against claims of consumer fraud. So to give you some insight into the attorney and why he takes such cases, listen to him explain how Satan is really behind the gay rights push:
I love the "explanation" at the end where they make a d...
Iowa couple who turned away same-sex weddings have become full-on anti-gay activists
Dick and Betty Odgaard made headlines a few years back when they turned away a same-sex couple who inquired about marrying at their Grimes, Iowa, business, called Gortz Haus Gallery. For that, the couple was fined and ordered to stop performing weddings at their facilities.
So their next step? To launch an entire 501(c)(3) enterprise solely geared toward protesting same-sex marriage. They call it "God's Original Design," and it looks like this

AFA talk show host admits what we've always known: They see church/state as one/same
Bryan Fischer, writing for the American Family Association:
One of the enduring myths both inside the church and outside the church is that civil government is a secular institution. It most decidedly is not.
Regardless of what we may think about the separation of church and state, it is not possible for there to be any separation between God and government. This is because God created it.
The state is every bit as much God’s creation as the church.

Roy Moore will literally cause destruction to meaning of words 'literally,''destruction'
To be fair, he's not an English teacher, so he might not know the proper definitions of terms like "literal" or "destroy." Roy Moore is, however, the Chief Justice (!) of the Alabama Supreme Court, so he might want to show more respect for this country, its people, and our collective intelligence than to suggest certain citizens' loving unions are the meteor that will end us:
“I think there’s an attempt to destroy the institution of marriage and I think it will cause, literally cause the de...
Rudy Giuliani speaks truth about his still-quite-anti-gay party
To be clear, Giuliani's 2008 presidential run was very unsuccessful, and he wasn't out for marriage equality at the time. But it is still interesting to hear a prominent Republican admitting that his party is no place for moderates on issues like marriage equality:
Cavuto: Why not you [for President in 2016]?
Giuliani: Because I believe I can’t get nominated because of my views on gay marriage, I’m in favor gay rights, I’m in favor of gay marriage. I see it as an issue of equality. I’m pro...
Republican to Republicans: We lost on gay rights; hooray!!
Acceptance is creeping in:
We Republicans Lost On Gay Rights. That’s A Good Thing. [Politico]
Pro tip to political strategists of the future: When you choose a cause that subjugates the rights and protections of millions of people, the final chapter tends to not go in your favor. Before you seek the filthy lucre and divisive votes that come from short-term exploitation, maybe think about the long game.
