Beem Weeks here. I am a writer, blogger, blog talk radio host, Social Media Director for Fresh Ink Group, and video producer. My books include the historical fiction/coming of age novel Jazz Baby, https://www.amazon.com/Jazz-Baby-Beem..., Slivers Of Life: A Collecetion of Short Stories https://www.amazon.com/Slivers-Life-C..., Strange Hwy: Short Stories https://www.amazon.com/Strange-Hwy-St..., and The Thing About Kevin a novella https://www.amazon.com/Thing-About-Ke... I write in many different genres but prefer the coming of age tales - since we all go through the various traumas of growing up, no matter the era.

It revolves around a teenage girl who gets lured into the fight for women's right to vote. The title comes from the fact that she collects and keeps secrets--including a very dark one involving a murder her grandfather may or may not have committed. I am also in the outlining stages for another novel set in the present, with flashbacks to the 1970s. No title for that one just yet. Release dates? Nothing immediate. (less)

I've combed through the book block and returned it to the publisher. We are working hard to have it available sometime this summer. Thanks for asking, Queenie!(less)
