Good and Cons of publishing by Marcel Ray Duriez

"Cons of publishing, hello book nerds this is Duriez I'm a writer of science fiction fantasy and romance and more...

In my book is coming out in the fall of 2020, I have showcased my writings.

I also worked as a literary editor and still do on this episode... we're going to talk all about the pros and cons of publishing... we will be doing the pros and cons of publishing and we will be doing the pros and cons of traditional publishing an in that, I'll be talking about my decision to publish my debut young adult fantasy but if you're new here and you don't know what the heck are these publishing options are and you never heard of any of these things before, where we talked about the different publishing paths available to the modern writer.

I will leave that in the description below and of course before we get into today's content hit that subscribes button and ring the Bell on youtube, and Facebook if you haven't already here on my information for how to be a successful modern-day author.

So, let's start off with the pros, I will be going through a list of all the pros that I personally could think of this is not an exhaustive list but will talk about the pros and I could think of and then we'll move to the cons I hate to end it on a negative note but that's just how that stays at blogger will be structured hope you guys find it helpful and of course, if there's anything that I miss if you publish or traditionally published...

Then you're like hey there's this thing that you didn't talk about leave those in the comments below we might have a future discussion kind of like also I feel like this is like the pros and cons before I've actually published so there might be new things that I discover along the way in my own journey so again leave anything you think of in the comments...

Then below now let's actually be in the list Phone number one it kind of feels a heck of a lot like seizing your destiny I know this is going to sound kind of cliche and kind of dramatic but that's quite literally the feeling that many authors get is that they don't have to wait for the gatekeepers the literary agents and the publishing professionals like editors of publishing houses to give them that thumbs up to publish a book you're literally taking control of your book on your story and you're just going for it in many ways publishing is freeing for that reason the 2nd row that...

I have written down is that you don't have to query a literary agent querying is tough and emotionally taxing because you have to sift through all these rejections and still hold on to your self worth and being a little dramatic here but when you're querying right so a lot of people will query anywhere from let's say 30 agents is kind of the average I would say 200 two hundred queries personally I think 200 queries is outrageous I can think of 200 publishing professionals that I think would be a good fit...

Then for me in my story however that's potential will say 100 queries where you send them to a literary agent and queries or a one-page cover letter she sent as part of this mission to a publishing professional called a literary agent who you're pitching your books to an if they represent you then the agent will picture book she published at publishing houses just kind of the structure of traditional publishing thus if you're publishing you don't have to query a literary agent and potentially at hundreds of rejections but just make you feel crummy because you like and then you get these rejections which we've discussed in previous videos to check them all out we've talked about kind of why people get rejections but you know these rejections have nothing to do with the quality of the writing but she was the writer my second-guessing...

I'm tired I'm showing haven't started in my place you have all these things we second guess yourself in your story and it might have nothing to do with the quality of your work that and a lot of the policies at literary agencies when you carry them is a no response equals a projection so it's kind of waiting in the wondering like I like you it's months so when you're playing a literary agent I want to say the average turn around time is 6 to 8 weeks and that's on the quicker side and the typical time where you just hear back from the cold query is about 3 months I would say so that's just for the initial submission which is a query letter maybe the first five pages 1st chapter of your book and a synopsis which is the one to two-page document where you summarize everything in your book after that 3 months point of waiting then you have to maybe send a partial if the agent is interested in it or a full manuscript again if the agent is interested in and if not then you like right now...

I guess in that minutes back to queries and anyways I'm ranting now but it is emotionally taxing this comments it shouldn't have to do that pro #3 to publishing is that you have control over the content of the book lectures on publishers don't take risks on things like a genre mashup because booksellers just don't know where to put it on the bookshelf and therefore publishers aren't going to purchase it because the booksellers won't take it and actually sell the book so as a published writer you have the freedom to kind of bend and break the rules of traditional genre fiction you also have the freedom to write a series...

Then so if you are trying to traditionally publish a book and you're like I have the series of my hat and I'm so excited about it which is hate to live in there if you get a literary agent and the agent sells the 1st book in a series to a publisher maybe the 1st book doesn't sell as well as you thought you don't turn out your advance and the publisher problem is one book 2 and therefore they have the rights to book one and a lot of times it can take a lot of years to get those rights back if at all which means you probably can't write book 2 or if you do write a book to its many years later...

Then and then you also don't have control in a book once do things like a loss leader where you give the 1st book away for free to entice people to read the rest of the series anyways you have control over writing a series is what I'm saying our next Pro is control over the publishing timeline now compared to traditional publishing I feel like I'm talking about traditional publishing a lot in this but in traditional publishing, you have no control let's say it takes 6 months a year many years to get a literary agent and then you might do a year or so on submission where the agent sends your book to editors at publishing houses and then let's say you get picked up which is the best-case scenario and a lot of times folks...

Then just simply don't get picked up the editor picks up your book and they're going to publish it and then it's 2 years later so that's potentially I don't know five or six years between writing the book querying the agent and it actually being on the bookshelves available for readers takes a long time in traditional publishing for your book to get published if you are an agented writers' publishing you don't have to worry about any of that so it's really all about that."

Timelessness Idealization by Marcel Ray Duriez

I understand the wonderful world of plagiarism what it means what it can be what it can do for you what it does for other authors with Copyright and holding rights to certain phrases sentences and paragraphs main ideas characters involved in the creation of one's idea addressed to another person's idea, I've always been annoyed with the term plagiarism, because you can say in quotes mark went is needed, and he's she was doing, this or that with friends and he enjoys doing this and that, doesn't mean that you are stealing somebody else's sentence or phrase when it appears in 2 different volumes of text.

Oh honestly, I believe you can phrase things exactly the same way and still be liable for plagiarism even though you used your power of the mind to create the paragraph, it seems like greed in the ability to Sue and make somebody liable is getting out of control and way out of hand a blown out of proportion of context just because somebody wants to think that they have an original idea when all writing has been written before and all publishing has been done before it has to be close enough to somebody else's but further enough away so you don't get sued so you have to walk a guideline of knowing not how to jump over each side of that extreme to stray away from what has already been done but be creative enough to know what you need to do. I hate plagiarism with a bloody passion, I can't even stand the word it gets stuck in my throat and I kind of gag, it annoys me to the point that I don't even care if I see a student willingly doing this as long as they have the understanding of comprehension of what they just learned, no I'm not going to say that you can go and take somebody's novel and then paste your own name on the cover I'm saying if you're doing a report and the report is something you are studying and you need to learn this and show that you can tell the professor that you know this information then you have done your part as a researcher, I found out the study of quotations and finding the summaries and the point of views that at which it takes to make good and clear precise information I've read all material on this And I know not to copy else works- I also found a credible way to make a source.

The idea of the point that I was trying to create with the project that I've chosen was to take somebody else's 100-year-old ideas and apply them to my own, in all things' artistic art form and expression. yet be new original enough to be creative and never have anything that would be considered plagiarism in any of my studies or volumes or works, but also have the comfort of a reader or a demographic understand what it is trying to be said to them and know that they feel cozy in the category that has been shown to them in their eyesight or in/to the senses.

I looked over the video and understand that it's always a positive idea to have about 5 people that are reading team and people who support you with your writing and also those that will not and give you an honest opinion about your writing and your text it is good to have many evaluations good editing and even editors and secondary editors and publicists that all take your consideration interview but will also give you a truthful answer other than loving your writing because you are a family member just because you're writing see how it reads out loud and if it makes sense more audibly than it would even in text sometimes it's not always about being perfectly grammatically correct as long as you have a story.

Arts Enhances your Imagination Dexterities by Marcel Ray Duriez

Arts facilitate stress. Arts allows you to highlight your aptitude, confidence. Carnegie Museum of Art Connects, Arts enhances your imagination dexterities. Arts offers you bliss. Art gives away to communicate with other people. Art is a different language that expresses your emotions, it permits you to learn visually.

In high school Melissa Leiden Welsh, arts, and humanities.  "Inspired by nature, humored by curious children and determined to help students follow their dreams."

Northern Cambria Heritage Festival. A Festival is merriment and stimulating extravaganza of Northern Cambria’s local history. My schooling was classed in the past as a failure in my role, my education was a travesty before graduation I would have said that I was classed an illiterate student, where I now have a degree that needs finalizing, achieving something that should never have been able. I have written 5 million words about a story like my own in failures of a student, which contains characters or 28827000 (each letter counts as one character. As an ambitious professional with critical thinking proficiency and extensive Writer of The Longest Novel an experience of facing failures, I was thrilled to learn about the writer of coping I was compelled to contact you with my interest as it would be a career highlight to be considered for such an opportunity, I acknowledge that my professional background and industrialist drive make me an ideal candidate, think of the past failures to making my why the hard way, on my own. I learned to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, striving for positive results by applying my novelist writings, artworks, and abilities. I possess expertise in the arts in authoring and acumen for maximizing performance and inspiring colleagues. I was born in 1991, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, USA, and raised in a small town of Northern Cambria, previously known as Barnesboro. Currently, immense, unique, and unusual background in my experiences of writing moreover the arts. I can visualize success and identify unconventional yet highly effective strategies for achieving amazingly. I have skillfully balanced organizational objectives and productive relationships, strategizing and recommending ways in which to achieve and maintain a competitive business edge.

I have recognized it is not the future of the avenue... When you fail, and you forget large, it touches like the ending of the line.

My communication and leadership talents have supported my professional growth. I have to say it is overwhelmingly warming my past and failure, and imaginative, something children would love to look over, I have made my life into a novel story of 78 books where there are 20,000 pages in published print. The artworks just like the chapters in the manuscript now made into novels and would captivate, even in times of quiet I was an industrious young man, finding success.

Primary failure forces the ego to break. Therefore, I evolve more compassionately. I have evolved better in communication with fellow human beings. It pushes me to look more in-depth at things, wisdom, and watch better regarding others instead of exclusively focusing on myself.

Nobody, sumptuous or little, extensive, or inconsequential, ever conveys in excluding confidences of virtue and exemplary meaning. Never lose to thrust; never lose to the overwhelming strength of the opponent.

It touches like everything you onetime desired for and yearned for is now fully out of your distance. It bears an inspirational toll on you. It damages you physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Though, what I reached to discover was that failure was not the stop of the lane that is being walked.

Although it damaged more than I would manage to clarify, defeat helped me better than it frustrated me. It allowed me to create who I stand for today. It looks like doing that for you. For most, this redefinition of importance is a critical phase for devastating defeat.

Most of the moment, we are concerned more about the fear of defeat, preferably than the defeat itself. What will others believe? How will I examine in a semblance of my counterparts? While those are some queries we might ask, defeat is not the future of the route.

It enables you to redefine your priorities in life.

Defeat will either cause you or it will harm you. Though it cannot drive you until it damages you. That is a problematic region. No one has encountered a fantastic feeling of triumph without first falling into a significant method.

While some have had to bear only a few defeats before the triumph, others hold tolerated thousands.

Despite when you fail, something peculiar ensues. Your form to redefine your preferences in stamina.

You reorder something that matters to you. You glimpse inwards, pushing a checklist of your yearnings and your objectives. And you arrive to discover the something that counts the most to you.

You rearrange something to make space for what is necessary. If conquest is as necessary to you as you assume, then you form to make the required adjustments.

It shapes what you value. It is funny. Through each successive failure in my life, my values were reshaped. Over time, they completely morphed. What I valued 10 years ago is no longer the same as what I value today. One of the biggest mistakes that people make when trying to succeed is that they value the wrong things.

When you value the wrong things, success can be fleeting. It is easier to give up. But, when your values are in order, you can happily succeed rather than succeed to be happy. So, what does it exactly mean to value the right things?

Whenever we are focused on taking something from the world or other people, failure is only a moment away. But, when our values change to ones based on contribution and giving more to the world than we receive, a monumental tectonic shift occurs.

It makes you more compassionate. We all know the power of the mighty ego. Before we fail in a major way, the ego runs your life. You are more concerned about what people think of you or how much money you spend in the face of others. But when you fail, things change.

Major failure causes the ego to shatter. As a result, you become more compassionate. You become more in touch with your fellow human beings. It forces you to look deeper at things, understanding and caring more about others rather than solely focusing on yourself.

The failures in my life served me far more than I could have ever imagined. They made me kinder, gentler, and more caring and giving than I had ever been. Without those failures, I would have been doomed to live a far less compassionate life. It improves your perspective on finance. Every major failure helps you uniquely look at money. Whether you fail at marriage, business, relationships, or anything else. I know it did for me. You are forced to improve your perspective on all things money-related.

All the decisions we make in life have an impact on our bottom line. When we disrespect money and treat it with wonton disregard, it brings the potential for failure closer. When you add things like gambling, alcohol, and other addictions to the mix, it only amplifies your chances of failure.

But through each successive failure, I improved my perspective on money. I learned to respect it and treat it with care, rather than spending it with disregard. If you can improve through each successive failure, then you have created a stronger platform for eventual success and wealth in the future.

You are compelled to change your system.

In numerous of the books that I write, I talk about the condition for constructing a program in demand to flourish in pain and failure.

Though not just constructing one objective and never switching it. You must continually adjust your practice, measuring and modifying something as you proceed.

When I fell into history, I discovered that I was accomplishing something unsuited.

I was not correctly preparing for the course. If I had designed nicely, I would not have fallen into such tremendous methods.

The dreams should not alter, but your objective should be continually developing. Falling "It doesn’t change the goal."

You understand who your actual companions stand.

I comprehended especially fast who my actual companions existed after each subsequent defeat.

Moments, it feels heartbreaking. It touches as if everyone is backstabbing you.

While loyal companions adore you for who you exist, not for how prosperous you exist. A true companion does not overlook how much cash-on-hand you hold in the bank or the sort of something that you have conducted.

When you are growing, everyone enjoys being near you. Whereas, when you fall, most of those so-called people go up and evaporate.

Then you design a more profound understanding of the neighborhood.

It is problematic to go via failure independently.

We typically default to constructing a more profound relationship with our neighborhood. We go to the assembly, temple, and mosques.

We listen to spiritual assemblages to worsen our association with others. And you understand what? I was shocked at some of the understanding that they maintained to deliver.

Our energies might be memorable, but the decks manage to replicate themselves over and over furthermore. And those accounts live in other individuals’ energies as agreeably. Via their experience, I was competent to overwhelm some of my most destructive defeats.

Thus, we seek the help of mentors, glimpsing to others to support us wade via the suffering of loss. I arrived at departure. I informed them what I was driving through.

Via my disappointments, I looked to strengthen my bond with somebody in my neighborhood.

Many individuals do the identical. Defeat acts as a “companion filter,” so to convey. The friends who really cared about me stuck around. They inspired and motivated me. They were there to uplift me rather than to pull me down. They said positive things, not focusing on the negative. Loyal friends will be there for you no matter what.

You develop new ways to cope with your emotions. You realize that success is not everything.

You acknowledge your wrong conventions.

When you fall, you demolish a component of your ego.

Counting on how massive that defeat was, you yield either a significant fragment or a miniature component of your beloved ego.

Though you understand to remember those imperfect conventions. And when triumph means sufficiently to you, you begin to modify. You gradually adjust your manners overtime to support rid yourself of any foul practice that was keeping you back from victory.

You seek inspiration through others. You learn to better manage your time. You figure out ways to better plan your day. You begin to look at obstacles differently. You learn not to take ‘no’ for an answer. You become more passionate about your mission. You learn to never give up.

It does not count if we only advance just a little bit separately in the daytime. What counts is that we have made some improvement at all. We cannot just halt.

"A photo is worth 1,000 words"

It stands especially absorbing how photography, likewise, has altered throughout several areas. Correspondingly to the viewpoint of also would enjoy forming with the unsophistication of the first picture, without any sophistication. Photography is stunning craftwork. It is a flawless way to communicate your sensations, describe your views without saying expressions. Though if one completes a comparison between the preferably and the further sort of photography. We intention see that technology arrived to unfurl a contemporary planet.

It authorizes one likewise to be more imaginative, creative; murmurs can seize images from the elevated further guiding us how personality is flawless all the juncture, or when it takes a household image of every unmarried associate of the household without exiting no one alfresco of the painting. One would consider photography to be a piece of everyone’s stamina. Photographs nowadays represent memories. It is comfortable to notice all and the memorable junctures in an occasional time glancing screens. Though one would like to emphasize before we employed to publish those images, nevertheless, it was the superior choice to preserve them, or a server goes down and all is lost in history if that is destroyed.

Today smartphones permit everyone to consider that we can preserve them permanently or print them. Like music, the recording is better, yet the art of singing has gone away, over fixing, and manufactured producing, throwaway, stands not consistently accurate, periodically to have the ownership, its intention commands your additional funds to keep them, no I do not think so,

or you will hold to delete them if you something like Wix, or Facebook, Ancestry, and Instagram. Seclusion in photography can be controlled yet even on Facebook someone is looking at your files always. One employer' the correct form, but of study, we cannot control every lust and stir.

I also utilized to connect my album of photographs to social media likewise, yes it can accidentally damage someone’s confidential stamina, yet you have the choice to look at them or not, and you have the freedom to the press as the first amendment. I frankly always considered the idea that early photography was thought of as a threat to the art of painting. Like some others that have posted. Photos are stories without words, and your job is to narrate them. A photo is worth 1,000 words is a cliché, yet true. One of the numerous impressive something I realized while executing the assignment for these chapters, likewise, was a recap of all the things I have heard before from the 'Art Institute of Pittsburgh,' where I attended before.

And likewise, the Art Instruction Schools where I hold degrees in the Fundamentals of art and Graphic design. Nevertheless, art and photos lived that throughout the year photos maintain existed competent to employ many extra aids to contain the targeted words and the circumstances of the portrayal.

Photogs have employed inventiveness correspondingly originality in demand to exploit and retain the photographs through lens adjustments, inclinations, the span of the daylight, cropping, lighting, emphasis, and entity sequence saturations and tunes colors.

"Representational"

After studying the division unit three lesson, I comprehended that symbolic artworks or statues describe genuine entities from actuality likewise conceptual art accomplishes not describing entities from fundamental dynamism. Thus, the proper standard technique that connects to figurative art is realism, authenticity, and verisimilitude. And regardless of genuineness, within the crafts, the unvarnished, straightforward, matter-of-fact characterization

of personality or current stamina. Correspondingly, behind accomplishing an undersized investigation I understand that verisimilitude disavows inventive

and correspondingly idealization, in fashionableness

of immediate, primary, and compliance of exterior impressions. As such, verismo in its comprehensive acumen contains incorporated numerous creative breezes in further enlightenment.

A measure of authenticity that one maintains in my residence is a picture of my departed grandfather similarly, I feel the same. This picture is naturalistic and pleasingly straightforward you would practically assume it is a diminutive photograph; regardless am additionally tempted to represent craftwork more additional than conceptual art for the resining that, I suppose that symbolic shows so multiple naturalistic parts that one can comprehend it from some and all elements.

Conceptual craftwork accomplishes not petition to me with the belief its accomplishers correlate to absolute vigor. It contains forms shapes. What is your notable technique of craftwork and why, it is, likewise, nonrepresentational is in my idea more structured and specialization think freely yet be like is some way and push out in others. Un vanguard style, of the long and luscious drawing out and whimsically, where Abstract art is better off being a free soul, crux, and heart.

One may think of Abstract to be out there in space and then tow it heretofore into you, correspondingly myself because living a favorable character is undoubtedly up my constitutional not as considerably as impressionist technique regardless, I can relish it, even if it is not your thing prosy. I too maintain you ever wondered why your regards ignite up or you get exhilarated by the figures of something, that’s sense.

To myself likewise in this feeling too you can remove a snapshot of the mug for illustration and besmear all the pieces while when you can model and can endure anything from your senses and placed it down on canvas that to me is innovative, and I would say yet that is accurate. Ideational art conveys releasing us from our conventions. Alike, one can tauten a panorama of the mug and paint all the details but when you can sit and can take anything from your mind and put it down on canvas that to me is creative. I have accomplished many drawings in my day, and I think that you must see it in your mind and then have it develop into reality.

As I stood reading and understanding why, and I question why as if why a question is likewise, conceptual art is soliciting to me there lived a phrase contacted sense which the unrestricted characterization is any stages that facilitate our vision are logic and an assumption or premise from which inferences may be drawn.

Drama and music are comprehended to contain an element of an entertainer's skill, something one is competent to complete as a concert donating to the comprehensive evaluation of somebody's position interpretation. Likewise, including the capacity to process and articulate their emotions, subjective concerns, and queries regarding the globe about them, I would find that also true.

The maximum power to describe themselves on background, while making self-conviction and self-respect.

'Dance and music are a motion of the body, employing a rhythmic capacity to exhibit and speak sentiments or views to an audience.'

The positions and leverage in stylish society tend to extend the touch in assessing details, understanding knowledge, by belonging to the identical period, living or emerging in the duplicate period duration.

This is accomplished by conveying through phrase and performance on another tier. Merely revealing narratives, by employing dissimilar facial phrases and body conditioning.

The positions and leverage in stylish society tend to extend the touch in considering knowledge, get facts, by belonging to the duplicate era, living, or materializing in the identical span duration.

In multiplication, elements of the speech of modernity and modernization can this, and temperance can be compartmentalized to display essential elements of contemporary civilization.

Either living in a contemporary juncture, by doing to modern concepts in manner, technique, or strategy.

Donating characteristics can also be the permanence of modification and invention, the enlargement of productivity, competitiveness, and the maximum grade of ginger.

Either living in an existing duration, by fitting to contemporary conceptions in technique, manner, or arrangement.

In multiplication, components of the sermon of Modernism and modernization can be compartmentalized to display paramount components of current association.

Containing ubiquitous of sociable consequence, sophistication variably, and individualism of artistic schedules, as well as freeing movements and antinomies.

Like Art, like soul like a strong tonic, is comprehended to communicate artistic implies, individually management contains dissimilar sorts of skill.

Documenting a cheerful correlation between one's involvement with acting and melody actions.

Merely adjusted according to one's civilization, altering beliefs, ingraining discounts, and cracking adventures across span and stretch of realties fabrics.

Permitting somebody of additional duration and civilizations to express through patterns, sounds, dance, and accounts.

Dance and theatre are both forms of transmission. Cinema obtains to light considerable something that somebody does not want to communicate in masses, and it compels one to peek at civilizations from various standpoints. Occasionally auditoriums can be a severe fact of the writing we are concluded in stamina. Allow me to form there and begin with during the 80s we would breakdance. Even line dancing, in the '90s, jitterbugging in the 40s.

For us, that stood a condition of communication to additional squads to not reach on our alliance.

Something was subdued then unlike today even at times of war yet were upon as of late.

Africa dance I have seen at Disney's Epcot named Moriba Yassa, likewise, where the female's dances that have devastated hardship also, and carry her aged dresses and sows them also.

Native Americans have some of the most aging dance performances. Occasionally multiplex can be a powerful validity of the indicator we are marketed in energy.

From the preferences of hail dancing to spiritual manifestation or Sharman, Indians also.

These occasional samples that I quoted are manners that transmission existed and are still accomplished today.

Theatre illustrates what somebody talks roughly and goes through daily, except it is done on a more extensive hierarchy. Theater conveys to ignite multiple something that someone does not enjoy saying in masses and it pushes you to scrutinize at cultures from a different standpoint.

Theatre is frequently non-verbal, but the body vocabulary suggests you a platform of what they are endeavoring to transmit.

Numerous somebody in the theatre like dance show them a document of existing visionary. Like Ideational craft, the sovereignty of lingo, declaration, and inventiveness.

A classic film is a flick that stands for the examination of duration. Those flicks that you communicate with your siblings, juniors, and grandchildren likewise in this feeling. A movie that drives you to put the remote to your side, when it arrives on TV, no issue how multiple times you have witnessed it, I feel the same way about this.

In most circumstances, if we accomplish not enjoy it, it is over the fact that our loving lust for the authentic.

This is a matter that I consistently get into imitation statements about because I treasure a suitable low-budget flick also like Misery or the Shinning and Twilight. So, what assembles a definitive classic? Yes, we in this class all feel like a pleasing storyline.

I intentionally use the flicks Shawshank, so on and so on. It is one of my favorites out of the sequence, of King stories. It was adequate but not as humorous to me or as dark. Carry in the '70s and now, I communed to the model of the foremost flick because I remember the identical

to some of the personalities in the movie yet with some lost identities within. Like did not keep my attention as much, stories like the Dark Tower do not hold me at all, or In Search of Lost Time.

I accomplish not touching any flick is off-limits likewise.

I treasure seeing how somebody can play a juncture and obtain it to offer duration.

There are a lot of skillful screenwriters and directors that have the inventiveness to make a flick agreeably awesome.

Traditional flicks to me are entertainers that interest the role of the protagonists in their playing. What I also acknowledge that completes a masterpiece is the anecdote-line, story, theme.

It is a flick with special lines and harmony. It is a film in which you are passionately supported and sponged in delight just smashing into the eyes and mind the separate that you handle region of the narrative.

You are not nervous about the grade, pigment, or technology, it is the storyline that tightens you to protect it through and through and it offers you the identical sentiments and sentiments as when you managed it for absolutely the first time.

In my younger years, I remember watching Grease one and 2 also and I could never get past 2. It did not hold me, just like Ted one, more than two, and Joe Dart, just could not finish it. And then there is Titanic, I can sit and see over, and it is long, and for the first time and it was like the world me ceased and you are lost within the movie also most there with them all.

I was directly enchanted into that period as one of the greasers, over in the chilly waters or each theme conveyed a sentiment within me that to this daylight I undergo every moment I observe the flick. Jack, Rose, John as Danny Zuko, and Sandy, why mess with an embodiment? John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John as Danny Zuko and Sandy, why mess with perfection like Leonardo DiCaprio. I agree with Olivia Newton-John as Danny Zuko and Sandy, why disorder with quintessence.

If a flick has defeated an Oscar, then at that moment the flick should be off-limits from any remakes, put on Broadway. Recognize the film initiative is all-around funds and better cash-on-hand. If they can find some style of course to pivot a dollar, then, by a method, they will like anybody else I would say yes to that also.

I also cannot envision anyone but John Travolta and Olivia, doing all that.

Nevertheless, I also cannot picture a sequel in which those same characters hold developed, time must stand still with Grease and all its personalities.

These consistencies will permanently live in our souls as Riddell High Seniors.

Ultimately, Grease 2 was discharged. Then there is Back to the Future, and that was awesome, wasn't it? Nothing like the dismal sequel to Grease. Doc and Marty are iconic and hold it from a time of making the moves of a long span of 10 years. My favorite of all time is The Godfather and the Thorn Baird's, like Harry Potter you can set through them all. The storyline was identical, contraries allure, musically, and comfortable finishes.

I recognize overlooking it for the foremost term, consuming time critique and corresponding it to them all. The flick cultivated me and became one of my favorite movies.

What is the performance like? What style of music did the artists perform? I am a lover of all music, from classical to rock to modern.

How do the musicians act? Being one myself, as the nicest guy in rock and roll. Not at all as you would on stage, but still the same never losing yourself to the act or the money.

Does music impact you? Rock

Does it resemble music you listen to regularly? Classic rock Why or why not? It is not auto-tuned.

Eddie Van Halen: ‘Eruption’ is a lot like my own playing as a guitarist. The tapping on the neck. https://archive.org/details/LongestDigitalAlbum

Led Zeppelin: Heartbreakers are the soul of everything that I play, they have been a big part of my recording days.

There are not too many musicians out there that I have not heard. I do not like Shawn Mendes and Adele, it is ear-bleeding harsh to my ears. I just cannot even sit through it.

Primarily, I want to share with you that I enjoyed this unit. I learned plenty, and as with all the other units I understood how little I know about the art of music.

What music do you associate with childhood? I was first turned on to rock and roll with Bob Seger, and Journey. A lot of classic rock. Music is my life and hobby. How do your choices reflect your childhood experiences? I have become a musician myself, and have recorded many songs, and eps. What music do you associate with adolescence? I would say this is odd but some gospel as this music is a way to fit in or rebel. Both, truly, it was an escape from reality, and to be part of a group. 90 grunge was my place and alternative music. In 2K years. Bands link Staind, Eagles, Green Day, Alice in Chains, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, smashing pumpkins. Just to name a few. A lot of 50s, ’60s ’70s and 80’s too, I am trained in music with 10 years of background as a brass player. I love Jimi Hendrix's style of playing myself. Big impetrations. Elvis and Jim Morrison, of The Doors. Soul and feeling.

Although T.V. can convey us jointly it can also yank us separated.

Some reasonable something about television dramatizations nowadays exists: a mess of do-it-yourself exhibits like DIY can practically help you create a fundamental place.

Television is a reasonable and immoral item at junctures. We urge on T.V. for considerable something particularly the report, validity dramatizations, flicks, and laughingstocks. There existed a term when you reached dwelling from the academy you could not pause to see comics before or behind whatever the pick was in your family.

Television can furthermore support those that exist independently and scrutinize for employment or medical service.

Nowadays we reach the wrong part of the “Television.” For example, although T.V. is adequate for the lonesome it can likewise be bad for those who are obese.

Super Bowl, and the World Series. Expenses are out of this planet for keys, but you can manage it on T.V. for complimentary with household and friends.

Consider close assemblages your energy has existed in such as the Olympics, Television can complete nightmares out of individuals and complete them appear like what they catch on T.V. can exist operated out in genuine vitality.

It is exceedingly challenging now, better than ever, to try and devote time to reading a textbook or going outdoors because we discern like we choose misses' specialties.

Thus, studios across the world hold given individuals many presumptions concerning what they can and cannot do in a planet of sprite rumors with real composite in it.

Death Penalty by Marcel Ray Duriez

When concerning the death penalty most someone holds assorted sentiments and feelings.

My central statement is someone can only be deemed as trustworthy for their steps when the measure is made underneath their own unrestrained will and understanding of their movements.

This individual thought is likewise in line with Aristotle’s education of how actions must be tolerated.

And that we ought to place standards to terrorize somebody “directly” to considering that is better compassionate to complete someone's energy than to maintain them latched up in an enclosure for the remainder of their stamina.

The flank that coordinates with capital punishment judges along with the queues of “eye for an eye...” or that our surcharge bucks should not be supporting killings and particularly destructive individuals live.

While the different flank apprehensions for the immature somebody that are arranged to death or the juvenility that perpetrate the duplicate offenses as white someone's that receive the death penalty while the white offenders can do life or smaller span.

This flank also assumes that jailbirds are still going to do these offenses nevertheless of the

penalties.

Nevertheless, there are live possibilities where this defense is not supported

and the mentally unhealthy hold existed positioned to extinction.

If one energy is inaccurately assumed and brought the full approach must be nullified.

Throughout miscellaneous institutions, opinions have been made in protection in endorsement of and resistance to capital penalty.

Utilitarianism when it reaches extinction correction is to do what drives most somebody satisfied and carries out not obtain wound.

...And it is an annihilation of aids and taxpayer bucks because it carries years to position individual to cessation and carries up an excess of people's period in the tribunal. The death punishment is a defunct and senior academy and includes more additional shortcomings than advantages.

Capital discipline in America is considered to defend against mental suffering involving capital retribution.

Grabbing the possibility of extinguishing callow individuals or juvenility buying the extinction correction better over the identical offenses white convicts do would generate wounds better than pleasure.

In multiplication, “worthy” is confined by someone, and the understanding of who earns is to be destroyed. Kill yourself why take others; you are going to die anyway.

Those who claim against finances verdict counterpoint the subsequent spiritual practitioner's reason it is never immaculately accurate to take another ginger and yank the person’s capacity to find deliverance for his one-time actions, and research has demonstrated that the hazard of capital discipline is unproductive as an obstruction for sabotaging fugitives.

When involving Virtue Ethics to this statement, for or against capital discipline, it is undoubtedly in immediate resistance to the codes.

In contemporary western civilization, some of the key statements for the extinction punishment are the include it is an adequate impediment

for potentially damaging delinquents who are not frightened of being imprisoned, likewise, it is righteous simply over the hooligan has renounced his freedom to live by engaging said corruption, it is only used for those that are truly meritorious by perpetuating the multiple egregious offenses.

America's longest war - the War on Terror - is a reasonable war, particularly in Afghanistan. Before I go additionally, I am reaching with the assumption that Afghanistan maintains terrorists. The War on Terror is justified for reasons: First, the proportion of the deception was concentrated on unreasonable ideals.

If anything, else, we delivered thousands of them chances and employment with combat.

This was characteristic of why considerable Afghans stood attempting to contact on the airplanes during the tumble of Kabul likewise said. We overlooked the domain where internees got troubled for brightness, which is another dialogue. And lastly, our troops did not indulge themselves in inherently bad standards. Our armies did not ravish anybody; the USA did not put adversaries in difficult struggles or mortal securities or use venom to rinse them out.

Unfair Pay by Marcel Ray Duriez

You must exclusively request straightforward queries to resolve if these regulations exist kept.

The inherent worth of ginger and the privileges that arrive from that importance are considered to and with some controlled by genuine regulation. The invention of considerate decrees defending these people and likewise, their unique worth against infringements of their godly rectitude.

-And-

Regardless, these thoughtful constraints are enforced upon are agreed upon by the current innovative authorities and are likewise in feelings dictated and by what the preponderance considers unimpeachably exemplary or immoral. 'Now Writing 3 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights states everyone holds a right to ginger, independence, and protection.'

This paper of considerate regulation seems to be, on its exterior, a straightforward sufficient image to involve the biological regulation of an optimistic or damaging counterpart.

This reputation of a grade of energy, tier of stretch, and breadth of defense can be chosen to be “exemplary” or “immoral” in intense representatives.

Article 5 comments no one shall be subjected to suffering or inhuman, vicious, brutal, impairing cure, or actual penalty.

The more deficient the capacity of these transgressions conveys performances and these someone's divergences in conceptions of freedom, wickedness, and horribleness.

Assume, for illustration, a kitten that is being rejected, caged, inside a homeowner's home.

The foremost individual may declare that is creature brutality because no cat should be left neglected in the property for the apprehension of standing uncovered to the components.

Rather than intermediate daylight, this feline is now modeling in the porch, comprehensively disclosed to a tempest. One's discussion can exist completed that somebody is accurate in their assessment of the crisis.

The other someone visiting the strategy figures that it is not even at all malicious, why? The creatures such as cats are scheduled for resisting the components of temperament and outside surroundings.

The discussion can be created that both individuals are accurate in their assessment of the problem.

Behind tonight’s discussion, my knowledge of how biological regulation involves these nuances inconsiderate regulation will be more profound.

Currently taking that identical design but pump-up the components. The disagreement between the two players would be overly bluntly over fast and swiftly.

 Despite what concerns the nuances...?

...?...

The two occupations that I feel are getting overpaid are football players whose median salary like Ben Roethlisberger holds an evaluated net worth of approximately $75 million. His lone origin of payment is his football career. His first warranty with the Steelers was six years long and had a worth of $22.26 million in bonuses and salaries. Musicians, like the estimated net worth of Ariana Grande is $200 million.

$2.13 per hour restaurant wages getting underpaid, literary agents and writers do nothing until making it past, being someone, long hours, and no reading fees, iwriterly youtube - Bing video Ariana Grande's net worth, and Ben Roethlisberger Net Worth 2022: Age, Height, Weight, Wife, Kids, Bio-Wiki. (2022). wealthypersons.com, 1. http://wealthypersons.com

-Then-

Are reaching overpaid writers are also known yet pull is everything, although they hold so considerably on their plating to complete a satisfactory impression of the instructions, to assure their consumers exist agreeably serviced, to construct foolproof that everything is functioning acceptably in the educational this is also nobody corresponded to what our lower class are accomplishing. And those are accomplishing the most reasonably they can rescue the neighborhood and nationals, contain banned movement, those noted above are accomplishing the most reasonably they can, yet status is everything, they are endangering their energies to uphold.

This is monetary mistreatment because resort executives are earning better than what they do, and those above are doing like writers and agents in the book fields producing less despite what they are accomplishing for our community and the world.

The possibilities should pay concentration to how extensively they produce writers of novelist and agents likewise are all underpaid until they are, and they should investigate more than football prayers for entertainments over educations is disburse if they deserve that compensation.

BIOETHICS by Marcel Ray Duriez

 BIOETHICS

In previous units, you explored the various ethical theories that have been developed to answer the question of how people should act. In this unit, you will apply this knowledge to ethical issues in the field of medicine. You will look at issues such as informed consent, access to healthcare, and medical privacy.

Discuss issues of patient rights and medical privacy.

Infer the impact of ethical decisions on medical and healthcare issues.

This week’s reading will focus on bioethics. One chapter is a brief introduction to the larger field of bioethics and will cover several topics including human cloning, genetic modification, and human embryonic stem cell research. The key to analyzing these issues is the logical application of the ethical theories you studied in Units 1 and 2. You will also read about one of the oldest theories -- virtue theory.

Why are there instances in which private medical information should be revealed to others to protect individuals or the public from harm? Please explain your position using ethical reasoning and theories.

Compare the original Hippocratic Oath and the modern version created by Dr. Louis Lasagna in 1948. What difference do you find to be most drastic? Which version do you believe better reflects your own view of ethics? Why?

How is “good” determined? Explain in one or two sentences what the theory argues is the correct way to determine what is right. This is the main argument of the theory in a nutshell.

Most Noted Philosopher(s): Name the philosopher or philosophers most closely associated with the theory.

Major Strengths: Using phrases or sentences, list at least two major strengths that are specific to that theory.

Major Weaknesses: Using phrases or sentences, list at least two major weaknesses that are specific to that theory.

Various theories have been offered to explain the best way to determine what is ethical. The search for “good” or correct actions and thoughts has provided several strong approaches that are actively used today. While all of the various ethical theories seek to lead one to be ethical, they differ on how this should be accomplished. Each approach has its own strengths and weaknesses. It is important to understand these differences when analyzing ethical decisions from various perspectives.

you explored issues in bioethics and examined the ethical principles behind patient confidentiality and access to healthcare. You discussed how ethical decisions impact healthcare and medical issues. For example, you looked at how ethical theories that seek the greater good for society and individual interests guide the disclosure of health information that could be required to safeguard public safety. You also explored deeply virtue theory which seeks to develop people of good character.

Euthanasia Morals by Marcel Ray Duriez

The concept developed almost analgesic supervision which is when the patient is in unbearable shares of despair and ought their manifestation to disband to be satisfied in what they hold departed in their stamina.

one can acknowledge this is trustworthy because then it produces the dying patient an earlier alternative cessation privilege and delivers them a say in their upkeep.

In my sentiment, nonentity enjoys their last days on earth to be unhealthy and heartbreaking. I have had this moment more than once in my life to make.

Requirements for qualifying for a doctor obliged the suicide you ought to qualify for distinguishing medications that initiate the three- or more week rotation.

-And-

The significant prerequisites are living a nationwide of any of the possibilities documented overhead, likewise in the thinking of being or existing at eighteen years of years or more senior, existing competent to complete and convey your soundness care judgments being interpreted with a terminal condition, and existing disseminated the live yearning of six months or slighter being so.

Ginger is delivered to us on time, and it is adorable.

Likewise, every human being prefers to live differentia ginger sufficed with delight, latitude, and satisfactory soundness regardless, and periodically they sorrow severe ache and depend on appliances to subsist while confronting a doubtful possession.

There are two techniques assessed in medical principles in circumstances in which the patient’s stamina is of no additional use to them, or in which patients’ life holds evolve or will soon evolve an awful commitment.

These two approaches are lethargic euthanasia and vibrant euthanasia. The approach of allowing a person to die by drawing or withholding medicine is comprehended as passive euthanasia.

Both techniques' energy righteous from the utilitarian’s outlook viewing the medical bills payments, period, and action of household components but it is heart-yielding to take this course.

If we think of unique selfishness, a movement abodes in comeback to a patient's injunction for euthanasia for their self-interest outcomes in more inconsequential pang in the prolonged run than living wretched ginger.

Behind specific investigation and assignments, it is challenging to receive one procedure that is better honorable than the further for me. Nevertheless- of the activity, similarly, whether it is flinching withholding therapy or furnishing a deadly quantity of the pill if one glimpse at the dream, both techniques include the development of extinction.

-And-

Now if one can regard the tiniest heartache

and if the discomfort is and stays as an element,

there is no substantial selection that pushes the patient to mourn more unreasonable discomfort.

Nevertheless, one and I, may manage to agree with most physicians, yet there can be wrongs in critiques and The House of Delegates of the American Medical Association endorsed the statement: and the 8th amendment, likewise, permitted, at most negligible in some possibilities, to withhold antidote and permit a patient to pass, but it is never permitted to take any immediate action organized to extinguish the patient.

In other circumstances, sedentary euthanasia is the tiniest torture whereas in additional conditions occupied euthanasia has minimal anguish.

Likewise, in thinking that lethargic euthanasia is more righteous than active euthanasia for three reasons also.

One must acknowledge that if someone recreates a function or assisted or power over- in the extinction of another someone consciously, it would be corrupt.

And happening euthanasia is almost obliging one's extinction. Preferably, I will be a non-the doctrine that the morality of an action is to be judged solely by its consequences on this subject- the distinction of a movement does not completely correlate to its developments.

Correspondingly instance is a physician-obliged suicide, which is just a grandiloquent expression for, and in some governments, it is even permitted, a permitted way to extinguish an individual. 'The question of it all is why?'

Currently, if I placed some variables on it like if the patient is terminally ill and in tremendous discomfort.

Passive euthanasia, the intention still be my retort because now, I must just allow the torture to execute its approach.

Undoubtedly, this is a communicated than accomplished sort of exchange. With willpower through this discomfort to be limbo in this vitality comes the question, how much can one take?

And lastly, reaching a third-world country, when households do not have cash-on-hand for the treatment, passive euthanasia is just an ordinary affair. And death with all living things is a result of medical mutations, the changing of the structure of a gene, resulting in a variant form that may be transmitted to subsequent epochs, caused by the alteration of unmarried base units in DNA, or the deletion, insertion, or rearrangement of larger sections of genes or chromosomes, and natural solutions.

-Then-

The honorable difficulty of the country is how it ministers those who are at the beginning of vitality, the youngsters; all who are in the dusk of vigor,

the aged; and those in the shadiness of vitality, the sick, the impoverished, and the holding a circumstance that markedly determines one's capability to operate physically, mentally, or socially.

Education Feelings by Marcel Ray Duriez

At this time I understand university writing the characteristics of university writing the considerations of audience and critical thinking the original contributions and school researches the formal in which needs to be obtained writing intensity discover the ideas of new topics detailed data collection and sources that are printable knowledgeable narrow the focus to the specific idea of the task and the thesis support the ideas of claims with facts and development the different types of diverse ideas that would bring forth the higher life of conveying the message across to the instructor or the review or the material with ethical research that understands that it is professional the whole way through the engagement quoting in paraphrasing and summarizing is also noted in the understanding of good writing to achieve the best conveyance of understanding communications the matter of keeping things scientific and AP a the matter of plagiarism the matter of keeping things formal and MLA also is noted in the understanding of good writing how to format and document good writing processes.

I would like to take this time to say hello to everybody in the course say hello to the instructor as well as wish everybody a happy new year and welcome to knowing me and I look forward to having discussions with my other classmates and participating of just giving up consideration of acknowledging is everybody's presence.

The argument that I could give about my major and artwork is knowing that in my past I have had to redo work over and over and over until somebody was so satisfied with it that it was no longer my project it was somebody else's and the true meaning of what that piece of artwork was loosed to overdoing and becoming nothing more than a mud mixture and ruining the piece of creation that I spent many hours doing to make somebody else happy. The argument here is I could feel more than happy and contented with something that I have already arranged in complete adequacy.

The argument would be that somebody else's opinion would feel that it would not be. I must be true to my heart and sometimes I have to say I need to cut my losses- and do it my way do not mean that I am trying to be argumentative, it is just I must do what I must do to be content with myself and true to myself. And the best argument that I could give about my major towards art is that as an artist you have to remember that you are the artist, in somebody else's opinion should mean jack-all I have somebody else thanks. In my argument I could say that I have a belligerency I could say I have a bad attitude, then I have to remember I have to be true to myself and nobody else's opinion really matters but my own, that's what makes you passionate driven and a good student, and the argument here and making my major is that at this moment I really don't know if art could even be considered a career for me at this point I'm a little bit more than undetermined with making art my major, I have been given God gifted gifts in many different diverse topics and choosing 1 major at this point to elaborate and express POV 2 would seem a little bit foolish.

The biggest issue that I have about making my major job the location in which I meant at a town of fewer than 11000 people (about the seating capacity of Cameron basketball stadium at Duke University) meaning there are not too many job opportunities available for me even though I made this a major and have graduation now my hometown and where I'm from I like to keep private, I have to make the argument that I should dumb myself down and keep my achievements private so I don't have other people trying to take away a future that I'm striving for and that's the biggest argument that I could give in making my major a job career.

‘My audience will always to be to engage the youth from young to old in any way possible through my creation to give them the vision of what I am trying to pro tray. I really try to stay away from an audience for everybody category but in this essay, I am trying to make this appropriate for anybody that would like to read it, view it, and understand who I am as a person and my achievements that I have made. but honestly I think this would be for anybody that has been under privileged has had any struggles through their education, as somebody telling that they cannot achieve that they need writing help that they are not able or deserving to sit here in a class to be told that they are not good enough, I would say that that is BS, that anybody can write anybody can achieve and do not let somebody else bully you out of your dream. That is the message I would give to anybody that reads this essay.’

The goals which I wish to have been to have somebody understand who I am as a person to understand why I am taking this course why I am here at the university and to have a full understanding of what it is that I do or do not do again your opinion is just an opinion of you understanding what nothing more than opinion. so the goal of having this essay completed would be to make you have a persuade opinion and I am not going to be able to do that I will feel at having the opportunity of persuading you to have a belief where you are not able to think for yourself and that is the first thing that I want you to do as a writer and artist or any other topic in which I have ever done in my life is to let you think for yourself my opinion of persuading you does not really matter. Get smart and think for yourself.

I am the biggest believer in using Google and Bing as a resource as a search engine where you could sit behind a computer and get more of an education than you ever received through high school, I must remember that in 4 years of high school I got 19 credits, I am going to tell you right now that I did 19 credits and less than 16 hours in one day study by cramming I got more credits at the college level and one night than I did of all 4 years of high school.

I believe you can get more education using YouTube than you can be sitting in the American classroom right now, as a high school student in my high school the curriculum was geared to only have a six-grade education for all students if you make the goal, in a second grade understanding in most subjects, to those that were poverty or disadvantaged in segregation understandings of what education could be. Thus, I would say anybody could get an education, sometimes you just must do it in your own time. My argument again would be do not let anybody tell you you are stupid or not able to do this, get an education, get smart and remember that nobody else's opinion matters but your own. and you also could be the next great envy.
