Welcome A.L. Jackson to my blog. It’s awesome to have you visiting. Please tell us a little bit about yourself.

Hey everyone! I’m A.L. Jackson, author of Pulled, Take This Regret, When We Collide, and Lost to You.  I’m over here in Southern Arizona where I spend my days writing wrapped up in a zebra Snuggie J Don’t laugh. I hate winter.

How did you decided to enter the world of writing?

I’ve always loved writing. I used to carry a journal around with me in college, and I wrote a lot of poetry at that time. It wasn’t until years later when I had the idea for Pulled that I finally decided to sit down and write a novel.

What does your family think of your writing?

They’re all really supportive. My husband is the best. I can often get really lost in my head when I write, so I know that has to be frustrating for family. It means so much that they all respect what I do and support me through it all.

Where do you get your ideas?

So far with all of my books, one character has just shown up in my head. I can see their face and get some kind of idea of their situation. I’m sure there’s something that triggers it, but I haven’t ever been conscious of it. Then I build the story and other characters around that idea. 

Can you tell us a little about your book?

My newest release is a novella called Lost to You. It’s the prequel to Take This Regret, and shows us how Elizabeth and Christian first got together. I was really nervous to write a novella, but I ended up enjoying this so much. 

What is your writing process? 

Normally when a story idea comes to me, I think on it for a while, and then try to begin jotting down some ideas. I do write an outline and try to break the concept down into chapters so I have a good grasp on where I want to go with the story. From there, I write chapter by chapter. And then of course a big edit at the end. 

What was the hardest part for you when working on your book? 

I’m an impatient person and I like everything done NOW. But I’m a slow writer. In every aspect of my life, I work really quickly and love the results, so the amount of time it takes me to write can be kind of frustrating. I’m slowly coming to accept that it just takes me a while to get these stories down. 

Was there a scene that you didn’t add or you removed in your finished work? 

Not in Lost to You. The end result basically ended up the same as my first draft (but with editing, of course) and one extra scene I ended up adding at the end. But I definitely have deleted scenes in my full-length books.   

Do you have a favorite character (from your book)? Why?

In Lost to You, definitely Christian. He’s so easy to fall in love with, but he’s also incredibly flawed. I love being in his confused thoughts. 

Do you already know what to write next? Can you tell us? 

Yes, I have an outline ready for my next book. I don’t have a name yet, but I can tell you it will be an NA romance. No long flashbacks this time, just a lot of intensity and angst.

Chapter 7

 

Ricky is entering the party inside the casa. Wow, this party is packed and full of hermosa chicas. When Henry called me and invited me to come to his birthday part, I thought it was going to be a small dinner party. I didn’t invite mis primos. They would have loved it here, thinks Ricky smiling.

Henry approaches Ricky with alegria, smiling. “Ricky, guey it’s nice to see you. I’m glad that you made it!” says Henry slamming him on the back, hugging him.

“Si Henry, feliz cumpleaños. I thought you said it was only a small dinner party. Guey, this is an awesome party full of lovely chicas,” says Ricky laughing and looking around.

“Si guey, I asked all of my lovely amigas to invite their amigas. It’s awesome! There’s a lot of chicas for you to pick from,” says Henry laughing. “See you around, I have to greet some more amigos.”

“Si, that’s okay. I’m going out back to check it out,” says Ricky nodding.

He walks out to the back yard and stands near the door looking at the entire party. He smiles with gusto. Oh yeah, this is an awesome party, thinks Ricky taking a drink of his Corona.

Ricky glances at the chicas dancing like crazy to the fast song. Wow, that’s her! That’s my hot chica. Hell no! She’s dancing with that guey. I need to get to her and fast, thinks Ricky with urgency.

Ricky strides over to dance with Jacki. The song has ended and she’s walking towards Ricky. She’s going to get another wine cooler. Si I love the wine coolers and I’m having so much fun, thinks Jacki smiling.

Jacki is looking back at Angela and didn’t see Ricky until he’s right in front of her asking her to dance.

“Do you want to dance?” asks Ricking standing in front of Jacki smiling into her huge hermosos hazel eyes. Oh yeah, I have her now, thinks Ricky.

Oh dios mio, it’s Ricky. He wants to dance, si this is awesome. “Si I will, but I want to get a wine cooler,” replies Jacki smiling into his hermosos green eyes. “Follow me.”

Ricky observes that she’s a little tipsy. Should I let her have another one? I can’t stop her. I don’t know her. Okay I will be around to see that she’s okay, thinks Ricky smiling. “Okay muñeca where do you want to go?”

Ricky gets a wine cooler for her. Jacki takes a few drinks swaying to the music. She turns around to pull Ricky to the dance floor. “Okay let’s dance,” says Jacki smiling.

“Muñeca I’m so feliz to see you,” says Ricky pulling her into his arms. He wraps her close, inhaling her scent. Oh yeah, I love her scent, thinks Ricky.

Jacki wraps her arms around his neck pulling him close. “Si I’m extremely feliz to see you,” replies Jacki.

“Why do you run from me? I need to know all about you,” says Ricky starting to nibble her cheek.

“I don’t run away from you,” says Jacki closing her eyes.

“Muñeca, I need a beso,” whispers Ricky in her ear. He feels her tremble. He takes a hungry beso, pulling her closer.

Oh yeah, I love his besos, thinks Jacki pulling him closer. They dance a few slow songs holding on tight and enjoying their hot besos.

Then the fast song starts to play causing them to pull apart. Ricky smiles into her eyes with hot pasión.

 

“I‘d like another wine cooler and then maybe walk down the beach,” says Jacki smiling. She pulls him along towards the drinks. She looks over her shoulder at him. Hmmm, why do I always run when it’s so easy to talk to him? He is mi amor, mi alma, ponders Jacki smiling. “The drinks are over here.”

“Okay muñeca, we will do what you want,” says Ricky smiling, nodding in agreement.

Jacki takes his hand and pulls him along to get her wine cooler. He gets the one that she wants out of the small cooler. He opens it for her and hands it to her smiling. “Okay muñeca, here’s your drink. Do you want to take a walk now?” asks Ricky grinning with pleasure.

 

“Si, I do,” replies Jacki smiling taking his hand. They follow one of the lighted paths on the far left that leads to the beach. They stop to take off their shoes. Ricky sets them near the entry to the beach.

Ricky follows her. He pulls her close to his side as they approach the beach. “So where do you want to walk to?” asks Ricky looking down at her as she stops to take an

 

other drink of her wine cooler. She hands him the bottle. He takes a drink observing her.

“I want to walk down the beach. Come on. I also want to go skinny dipping,” says Jacki grinning mischievously. “But I want to go down the beach where nobody can see us.”

Hell yes, she’s hot and wants to go skinny dipping. Damn yes, I’m going to please her, thinks Ricky grinning. He nods in agreement taking her hand. They walk down the beach going down where it is darker and only the moon illuminates the night.

“Muñeca?” asks Ricky wondering what her name is. He stops to pull her into his arms.

“I want to go skinny dipping,” says Jacki smiling up at him. She pulls away from him. She takes off her dress leaving on her black lace bikini panties. Then she runs into the ocean. Jacki looks back smiling.

Oh si, he will follow me, I know that he will, thinks Jacki laughing. She splashes into the water enjoying the night.

Damn it! She’s quick, look at her awesome body, thinks Ricky stripping quickly to follow her into the ocean.

Oh yeah, she’s hermosa. Damn no, she’s running away from me. Ricky chases her down the beach. They weave in and out of the water.

Finally he catches Jacki, pulling her into his arms. He desperately gives her hungry besos, holding her close. Damn yes, she’s hot. I want some, thinks Ricky kissing her. His hand creeps up to her awesome firm breasts, caressing them. She makes me burn for her. I need to taste her.

They fall onto the sand. Ricky caresses her all over. Jacki moans with pasión, thinking only of enjoying Ricky.

Jacki At The Hot Sexy Party! Hot & Enchanting, De La Cruz Saga

Chapter Six

A couples days later, it’s the end of the month. Jacki has to stay late along with her colleagues Sally Ann, Susan, and Debbie. The other accounts were already done.

“Wow, I’m glad to finish this,” moans Jacki looking at her amiga (friend) Sally Ann. “I’m going to work out at the gym. I signed up to the gym here at work. Do you want to go with me?” asks Jacki looking at Sally Ann.

“Uh, no, I’m too tired. I will go with you on Thursday. I want to go home to take a bath and to drink some wine. I need to relax,” replies Sally Ann turning off her computer. “At least it’s not too late. We only went over an hour from our regular shift.”

“Yeah, it’s a good thing that we both start early. I’m going to the gym. I will see you tomorrow,” says Jacki picking up her gym bag.

“Okay, bye,” replies Sally Ann getting her purse. They walk out of the office and down the hall chatting.

Jacki walks down the hall to the gym after Sally Ann walks into the stairway. Well at least she didn’t take the elevator and that is a work out, thinks Jacki nodding.

Jacki enters the gym and there’s a few people working out, mostly women. Jacki smiles and walks to the locker room to change into her cute Eve’s Pleasure capri yoga pants and matching tank top. Jacki works out and goes home.

On Friday Jacki is ready for lunch. I need to go and get my sandwich that I order from the deli down the street. I will walk down. The day is awesome, thinks Jacki smiling grabbing her purse. Jacki walks out of the building, strolling down the walkway, and enjoying the fresh air.

Wow that’s a mighty fine chica walking out of the building, thinks Ricky standing motionless to observe the hot chica walk down to the deli from his window in his office.

I believe it is my hot chica that works here. I love her sweet heart shape ass and I want some. Si it is her, the one that drives me loco, considers Ricky adjusting himself. I can’t look for her in the office. It’s not good for me to mess with the employees. Oh yeah, here she comes, she’s coming back with her lunch.

I can go down and out to the sidewalk. Maybe, just maybe I can meet her. Ricky walks quickly out of his office, he’s on a mission. Yeah I can meet her outside of the building.

He’s almost at a run. I don’t want to miss her. He enters the elevator and anxiously waits for it to get to the ground floor. The elevator doors slide open and Ruby runs right into his arms.

Ruby sees Ricky as soon as the elevators doors slide open. She doesn’t think twice and runs straight into his arms. “Ricky, I want to have lunch with you,” pouts Ruby wrapping her arms around his neck pulling him down. “Oh baby you’re so hot and I want some,” says Ruby giving him a beso.

Uh, damn it all to hell! There goes my hot muñeca (doll), thinks Ricky. He observes the hot muñeca walk down the hall to the lunch room. Oh yeah, she’s totally what I want. She turns me on. He watches her sexy ass swaying and moans with desire.

Ricky is irritated and pushes Ruby away from him. “What are you doing here? I’m at work. I don’t have time to play,” states Ricky with frustration. “So you need to leave. I’ll call you later.”

“Baby, but I want some. I want to have lunch with you,” whines Ruby. She runs back into his arms and pulls him down. “Give me one beso.”

Ricky grabs her hands, pulls her arms down, and pushes her away with irritation. “Later,” says Ricky turning her around and pushing her into the elevator. He pushes the close button and shakes his head.

“Ricky I’ll be waiting for you,” whines Ruby as the elevators doors close.

Ricky turns around with frustration clenching his hands. I know that she’s in the lunch room. I can’t approach her. I know that she saw the beso with Ruby. Wow, this is incredible. I’m worried about this chica’s reaction and I don’t know her, ponders Ricky.

It figures, there’s Ricky kissing another mujer. This is too much. It hurts. Will I ever stop loving him? Will I ever be able to fall in love with another hombre without comparing him to Ricky? I know that he’s a playboy, but I also know all of his great qualities. I should dislike him, but I don’t. I know that the chicas have been the ones to always chase him. I wish I had the nerve to chase him, contemplates Jacki seating down at a corner table to eat.

Jacki looks out the window, hmmm; there goes the chica that was kissing my Ricky. Uh, he’s not my Ricky. Oh dios mio, please take this amor away from my corazon, it hurts. Jacki wipes away the few tears that fall down her cheeks with anger.

Jacki is finishing her lunch. I have always loved him. He branded my alma since the first time that I saw him. When I turned eighteen, I went to get his name tattoo on my right hip. Si, I didn’t care then and I don’t care now if I marry someone else. They will have to live with it. If he can erase Ricky from my alma, I will laser it off. Nobody knows about it. I had it put on my right hip near my heart, right above my bikini line. It was embarrassing having the tattoo guy so close, but it was worth it.  Si it’s a heart with his name in it, Ricardo Emmanuel.

The cell phone vibrates and Jacki answers. “Hola chica, you’re back from your trip?” asks Jacki laughing. “Yeah it’s about time! I miss you.”

“Si amiga I arrived yesterday. I’m calling because Martha invited us to a party for our amigo Henry’s birthday. Come on, go with me. It’s a hot party and lots of awesome chicos are going,” says Angela laughing. “It’s going to be lots of fun! Come over to my casa at five.”

“Okay, I will go to your casa,” says Jacki smiling nodding. “Si I will wear a nice sexy dress. Later.”

Jacki gets up and returns to work smiling. Yeah, it’s about time that Angela is back. I only go out with Angela and Jessy, thinks Jacki getting into her work.

Later that evening Jacki is approaching Angela’s casa. She rings the door and Angela comes out laughing. She hugs her. “Amiga lets go, Henry is waiting for us,” says Angela laughing.

“Oh yeah, you didn’t tell me about this Chico. What am I supposed to do while you flirt with Henry?” asks Jacki a little irritated.

“Jacki there’s going to be lots of awesome chicos at the party. Henry knows a lot of chicos that he went to college with. It’s his birthday and he asked us to bring our amigas. We’re only amigos and I will also talk to other chicos. Come on Jacki, it’s going to be lots of fun,” says Angela grinning.

“Okay Angela, you’re right. I do need to meet some chicos. I want to go,” replies Jacki smiling, nodding in agreement.

Angela and Jacki arrive to the party. The casa is beach front and it has lots of lights illuminating the amazing casa. There are several lighted paths leading to the beach where there are several bonfires.

“Hola Angela, I’m glad that you came. I see that you brought your amiga,” yells Henry smiling. He hands them a wine cooler. “I hope you like the wine coolers. I can also get you a mixed drink if you want.”

“Hola Henry, yeah we wouldn’t miss your party for anything. Feliz cumpleaños (happy birthday)! This is Jacki and si the wine coolers are great,” says Angela taking the wine coolers. She turns to hand one to Jacki. “You do like wine coolers?”

“Si I do, hola Henry. Feliz cumpleanos, it’s nice to meet you,” says Jacki smiling. She takes a drink of the wine cooler and loves it. Si I do like these, but I hardly ever drink. I will drink some of these, thinks Jacki looking around. The party looks like fun and there are lots of young single chicos.

Jacki and Angela talk to Henry for a few minutes until someone calls him for some help. Jacki and Angela grab another wine cooler and walk out to the yard to look around. The yard has a swimming pool and lot of tables lighted with hurricane lamps. The music is playing loud. Everyone is laughing and talking. Some chicos are dancing.

Angela and Jacki get asked to dance.  Si it’s a great party. Lots of cute chicos and I love these wine coolers. Si I don’t feel so shy, ponders Jacki walking to get another wine cooler.

Chapter Five

Damn I have to hurry up. I want to get to the office early. I need to see the hot muñeca (doll). She’s driving me insane. I can’t sleep, what’s up with that, ponders Ricky exiting his carro.

He strides quickly to the elevator praying to see her. Damn, she’s not here. This is the same time that I saw her yesterday. I need to see her and to talk to her. I need to get her name and number. This is the only way I can approach her, right before she goes into the building, contemplates Ricky.

Hell, now I have to wait until lunch time. Ricky goes to work on his new contracts having a difficulty concentrating.

Hmmm, I don’t have a novia and never had a novia. I haven’t dated any mujeres in the last few days. Wow this is incredible. It’s the longest time ever that I haven’t been with a mujer. I truly believe that I’m tired of messing with all of these viejas locas (crazy women). I’m done with them.

My mujer needs to be sweet, hermosa, and hot. She has to be mia, only mia. Yeah I don’t want una loca mujer. I want una buena mujer with my traditional Mexican values and customs.

I wonder if any exist in today’s world. Yeah that will be a true reina (queen) for me. Si she’ll be my reina. She will be only mia, solo mia for eternity. Hell yeah, I need my hot chica, considers Ricky smiling.  

Ricky finishes the last contract, stands to take it to Jose Enrique for his review. Well it’s time to give Jose Enrique these contracts, ponders Ricky unhappily, walking out of his office.

I made it on time and Jose Enrique will never know that I was running behind. I don’t know why I can’t concentrate. All I do is think about my hot muñeca. I can’t get her out of my mind. I don’t know why.

Is it because I can’t talk to her? Is the fact that she keeps running away from me and not to me the enchantment. This is amazing. I have never had to chase the chicas. This is awesome. I need to talk to her, contemplates Ricky striding down the hall.

Ricky enters Jose Enrique’s office handing him the contracts. “Primo, here are the contracts for our clients that we have scheduled for today. Review them and advise if you want me to change anything,” says Ricky starting to walk out of the office.

“Primo, wait up, I want to make sure that you’re ready when our client arrives. Also, I want your evaluation after the meeting. And I want to have an early lunch so we can work out,” says Jose Enrique watching Ricky with curiosity. Hmm I wonder what’s up with Ricky, wonders Jose Enrique.

“Okay, primo. I’ll order our lunch and get Tony to work out with us,” replies Ricky nodding. He strides out and goes down the hall, turning the corner.

“Buenos dias prima, it’s almost tardes,” says Ricky grinning walking into his prima’s office. “Bella are you busy tonight?” asks Ricky taking a seat in her office, smiling. “We’re all going to the club tonight. Jose Enrique would like you to get las prima’s and mis hermanas to go,” says Ricky, swinging his legs up to rest his feet on the edge of the desk.

“Ricky, I think that sounds like fun, and I will tell them. The one I will have to work on is my hermana Erica, you know how she is. Maybe I can talk her into going,” says Bella looking out the window thinking.

“Okay Bella, see ya later tonight. Jose Enrique, Tony and I will be in a meeting this afternoon with a new client. We’re taking an earlier lunch so we can work out. Do you want to join us at the gym?” asks Ricky with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes standing up to leave.

“Uh, no, that’s ok. See ya later,” replies Bella waving him off.

“Okay, I have to take care of a few issues,” says Ricky walking out the door. He walks down the hall turning the corner.

    * * * 

Wow its lunch time and I’m hungry, I need to go to lunch. I always have lunch by myself because everybody starts their days later. I’m beginning to believe that I’m always alone and I really need to socialize. I don’t want to end up alone and old with only a cat for company, yeah, muses Jacki laughing walking down to the coffee shop down the street.

Ah, damn yes. I see my hot muñeca and it looks like she’s going to have lunch. Should I follow her out to the parking lot? Maybe I can talk to her? Will this be breaking my policy of dating the employees? I really want to talk to her, contemplates Ricky observing her.

She hasn’t seen me. She truly is a belleza and she calls out to me. Oh yeah, my body is on alert already. I know that it will be amazing to have a few besos, to hold her, and to love her. Si I truly need her. I want her.

Oh well she’s gone. I need to order our lunch and go to pick it up. Si, I really need some fresh air, I will walk down to the coffee shop, thinks Ricky striding to his office.

Jacki is walking towards the outside lunch benches to sit down to have her lunch. Yeah this area looks real inviting today. I never had my lunch outside before, but today is a beautiful dia. These benches are under these beautiful trees. The area is enclosed by these awesome rose bushes. It smells heavenly. This is awesome.

Only a few employees use this back exit. I shouldn’t be interrupted at all, Jacki reflects sitting down to eat her sandwich. She pulls out a romance novel from her purse, sighing.

This is the only romance that I ever have and it’s simply frustrating. Jacki looks at her watch after a few chapters, hmmm my lunch is almost over.

Ricky exits the building to get their lunch. He stops when he notices Jacki at the bench area.

Oh yeah, she’s outside and free to the public picking. I’ll not be breaking my policy. I really need to approach her, to get her name, and number, ponders Ricky. He strides over to Jacki sitting next to her on the bench under the trees.

“Hola muñeca,” says Ricky looking at her hermosa cara, observing her surprise.

Jacki bites into her lower lip with nervousness. Hmmm, I wonder what he wants, “Señor De La Cruz,” she whispers, looking into his amazing incredible green ojos, licking her lower lip unconsciously.

What is he doing, he’s here, right next to me, and what does he want? Jacki speculates, looking into Ricky’s green eyes with wonder.

Oh yeah she’s killing me slowly and my body responds to her completely under her spell. I genuinely like this chica like a loco, ponders Ricky mesmerized by her lips. He leans in to give her a hungry beso without thought.

Ricky puts his mano at her nape and takes a quick soft hungry beso. He pulls back with amazement, si she is incredible, reflects Ricky. He looks into her precioso (beautiful) eyes as she opens them.

I can’t chase her into the building, ponders Ricky. He runs his manos through his hair in frustration, taking several deep breaths.

I need to calm down. My body is so ready for her. She sets my blood on fire. She incites my body like no other mujer ever has and she’s not interested? Damn it, I need to get her name. I know what I saw and felt. I know that our almas (souls) bonded, ponders Ricky. With frustration he stands and strides quickly down to the coffee shop for their lunch.

Oh, I’m going to die, I will never forget his beso, and si he’s simply my hot wicked enchantment. He’s pure ecstasy; he’s totally red hot pasión. He tastes amazing. I can still taste him.  Ricky smells and feels amazing. All of my senses awaken for him. I know that dios gave me the strength to push him away because I would not be able to on my own. I know if I stayed, I would be holding on to him and I would not let him go. I truly can’t do that and especially not at work. What will he think? Todos (everyone) will see us. I know that he’s only playing, that’s why I found some strength to push him away. Okay I need to forget him! He’s not truly interested in me. I need to start to work, muses Jacki.

Chapter Four

Jacki and Jessy are ready to go out to the club. “Okay, Paty and Bella will meet us at the club,” says Jessy walking out of the casa. “I told papa and mama that we will be back late.”

“I’m feliz that we’re going out Jessy. I’m looking forward to having a nice time and maybe meet my príncipe,” says Jacki laughing.

They arrive at the club in a few minutes and park. They enter the club and walk over to Paty and Bella. They’re standing at the bar waiting for them.

“Hola amigas!” squeaks Paty hugging Jessy and Jacki.

“Hola,” says Bella smiling and giving them a hug. “It was a great idea to go out tonight. I was bored.”

“Hola Paty, Bella,” says Jacki smiling. “I’m glad that you two wanted to come. I feel like dancing and meeting someone.”

“Okay chicas, you know the rule. You don’t leave without me,” says Jessy laughing at Paty, Bella, and Jacki. “We came together and we leave together.”

“Si I want a margarita,” says Jacki smiling. She’s swaying to the music.

“I want one,” says Bella smiling. “I see some nice chicos at the door, but that’s it.” She turns to look at the other side.

“I don’t see anything spectacular,” says Paty looking over at Jacki. “What do you think Jacki?

“I don’t know. I’m not interested in any of them, but I will dance if they ask me. I hope that maybe talking to one; I can like something about him. I can’t wait for my príncipe forever. I mean that, we need to give the chicos some breaks. They can’t be perfect,” replies Jacki smiling, blushing.

“Don’t tell me that you’re still in love with my primo Ricky,” asks Paty observing Jacki’s expression and blush.

“Ah Paty, hmmm, I will say si and no. I’m, of course, trying to keep him locked up. I want to allow a Chico to enter my corazon. You know that Ricky doesn’t know that I exist,” replies Jacki blushing.

Well I’m lying, but I don’t know if he’s interested. He seems interested, but for how long? Is it for the moment that he sees me? I can’t tell her about our erotic moment at the gym, geeze, thinks Jacki blushing looking away.

“Well Jacki, I do understand. I don’t think that you should wait for Ricky to notice you. You know that he’s always busy with las chicas that chase him. I don’t know how he has time to even work,” says Paty laughing, shaking her head.

“I agree with Paty, you have to forget Ricky. Don’t compare the chicos to him. My primo is not the norm,” says Bella grinning. “He was born with extra sex appeal.”

“Si prima, you’re right,” agrees Paty laughing.

“That’s exactly what we decided to do. We will forget the De la Cruz hombres, sorry amigas,” says Jessy smiling.

“No worries, I would do the same,” replies Paty nodding.

“Here comes a chico. Jacki, he’s looking at you,” says Bella smiling.

“Okay, wish me luck,” replies Jacki smiling.

Ricky walks down the hall to the kitchen holding the pink rosas that he bought for his mama. “Mama, I bought you some rosas. I love you. What did you make me,” asks Ricky smiling.

“Mi hijo, you’re so sweet. The rosas are beautiful, muchas gracias. Ricardo you know that I always make you your favorite torta. How did it go at work today? I’m surprised that you went in today,” says Mama Lupe smiling.

“Si Mama, I don’t usually go in on Saturdays. We have several new clients and I don’t want to cause any delays. I needed to make sure that all the contracts are accurate. I don’t want to cause any issues and risk losing the clients,” replies Ricky sitting at the table. “Mama this torta looks delicious.”

“Aye mi hijo, it’s only a torta,” says Mama Lupe laughing at her eldest hijo. “I know that any chica can make it for you. Mi hijo don’t you have a novia. It’s time for you to start looking for a nice chica. I’m waiting for my nietos.”

“Si Mama, I’m going to search for a nice chica. Mama you know that it’s hard to find a nice chica. The chicas that chase me are not what I’m looking for. I don’t like being chased. I don’t like them. I want to choose the chica, my alma gemela. I want to chase her myself. I want a nice chica that is only mia,” replies Ricky taking a bite of his torta.

I wonder if I have met a nice chica. Well maybe not, if she was standing and watching me in the shower. Damn yes, that was so incredibly hot. Oh yeah, she can be nice, passionate and only mia. I will never complain about that. I better stop thinking about her, I’m going to start to ache again, ponders Ricky shifting in his chair.

“Si mi hijo, but you have to stop playing with all of those locas. Keep your eyes open and I know that dios has the perfect chica for you. Do you want another torta?” asks Mama Lupe.

“Si mama,” replies Ricky taking a drink of his milk. “Is Tony home? I want to go to the movies.”

“No mi hijo. I think that he went to get some items at the mall,” replies Mama Lupe nodding.

“Okay, I will go on my own. Do you want to come along?” asks Ricky looking at his mama.

“Si mi hijo, but I can’t. I promised your Tia Maria that I will help her with the plans for the 25th anniversary,” replies Mama Lupe smiling. “Your tios are anxious to meet Jose Enrique’s novia. We’re all thrilled that he will be marrying soon. We hope that the rest of you will also start marrying. Have you met her?”

“No mama, none of us has met her. He told me that he will bring her to the Sunday dinner when he’s ready. Okay, I’ll go to the movies on my own,” says Ricky taking the last bite of his torta. He talks a little while with his mama. The cell phone rings and Ricky sees that it’s Davina. “Mama I’m going to my room to talk.”

“Si mi hijo, I will see you later,” says Mama Lupe nodding. “I have to go.”

The next day Jacki wakes up early and has breakfast. Yeah, my padres are still sleeping and so is Jessy. I don’t know why I always wake up early. I think that I will take a walk before I go to the office, thinks Jacki smiling.

Jacki strides down the walkway, thinking about Ricky. Damn I know that I need to stop thinking about him. Jacki pushes her sunglasses up her nose. These sunglasses always slide down and it’s getting hotter. What was I thinking? This was not a great idea. Estoy loca, I just wanted to see if I can get a glimpse of Ricky. Si, I’m crazy, deduces Jacki shaking her head.

She turns the corner and watches Ricky drive away. Well at least he did make it back. I thought he stayed out all night with that viaja. Why do I keep on torturing myself? OMG, he’s coming back, he’s going to see me. The sun glasses manage to slip off her face. She bends down to retrieve them.

Ricky parks on the side of the sidewalk exiting his carro. He watches her bend down to retrieve the sunglasses. Oh yeah, that’s a wonderful sight to behold. Hmmm, nice, real nice and I want some. I wonder who she is, contemplates Ricky attempting to control his hot reaction.

“Hello, hola,” says Ricky walking towards her smiling.

Jacki retrieves her sunglasses, looks quickly at him, and then she quickly puts them back on. She blushes like crazy. She turns around, strides away from him.

Omg, he’s so cute, I love him so, and he’s what I always dream of. I’m going to die. I don’t know what to say to him.  I can’t talk to him. Oh si I’m gone, muses Jacki.

She strides quickly down the side walk swaying her hips. The small shorts fit just right, hugging her sweet heart shape ass. She’s wearing some cute sandals that wrap around her ankle enhancing her legs. Her hair reaches halfway down her back, swaying as she rushes away.

OMG, I better hurry up and disappear. I can’t talk to Ricky, I will die from embarrassment. I know that I wouldn’t be able to say one single word. What was I thinking? I need to get home. It’s so warm out here.  I need to take another shower. I will then run into the office and finish some of the entries that I didn’t finish. I love to be on top of my work. There’s hardly anyone there right now, ponders Jacki.

New Year’s Blog Jan 1st ~ 6th
