A little Winter in summer!

Winter's Gamble released overnight last night! I'm so excited!

Blurb: Rose Winters made a bet with her lover that she can get three relationships together and prove to him that she can be the next drag queen Dear Abby. It's a gamble but she's going to get Neo and Phil together and isn't afraid to play dirty to do it.



Phil was once Neo's dream of a guy but then he took off the morning after their one night stand. Unlike other guys, Neo wasn't sure he wanted temporary with Phil, but that's what it turned into. He's determined he won't give Phil the chance to hurt him again.



Phil had just tiptoed out his sexuality when he and Neo had a night, but problems in his family led him to shove it back in the closet, leaving Neo in the dust. Phil regrets the past but knows he'll never make it up to an angry Neo.



Until Rose steps in.



But can Rose's gamble tip them back into a relationship, or will the same factors that tore them apart to begin with rear their ugly heads again?

Friday Five

1. No it isn't going as fast as I would like. Need to get butt in chair more often.

2. Okay, yes! I was a sci-fi loving costume wearing geek and you know what? Not ashamed of it...-Kate Beckett from Castle. One of the best Castles to date.

3. M-O-O-N. That spells rereading.. I love the Stand. Trying to convince oldest to give it a try.

4. "I’d never get past the part where the Southern gentlemen go riding into sure death because they are gallant. Southern gentlemen with big black eyes in blue jeans and T-shirts, Southern gentlemen crumpling under street lights. Don't remember. Don't try to decide with one died gallant." From the Outsiders. Oldest may not have liked it but she's quoted it twice this week. Think her dislike is only because it wasn't science fiction or fantasy.

5. On November 11th on the Science Channel there is a Firefly reunion. Yikes. Walking Dead or Firefly. Thank goodness for DVR but which do I watch live??????
