I had a ball writing Theirs To Punish. It was my first menage (to write, not to participate in!). In case you don't know the story, I originally wrote it as part of the Valentine's Day box set Bound, Spanked and Loved: Fourteen Kinky Valentine's Day Stories, which hit the USA Today bestseller list.
I was on a strict word limit for the box set (no more than 20K) so
