I am a writer and an art designer/painter. I’m also an avid reader and passionate about history. I lived in Paris, France for over 22 years and fell in love with the city’s ancient life and history. My first book, Leonardo the Last Years is all fact based in his last three years of life in Amboise, France. I spent four years researching Leonardo before I even wrote the first chapter.
Da Vinci’s Fears is a continuation of that book, but the main character is Leonardo’s favorite model/servant/pupil and much talked about as his lover, Giacomo Caprotti, better known as Salai. Leonardo’s life-work, loyalty and passion would soon be put to a test facing his most dreaded and guarded, life changing identity fears.
