Writer's Bone February Book Radar
Many thanks to the Writer's Bone crew for including Lightwood on their list of 16 Books That Should Be On Your Radar: February 2017. Writer's Bone is one of my go-to sites for lit news and book recommendations, so this is much appreciated. :)
"Post is a natural fit for the “sunshine noir” genre, and Lightwood is getting great buzz from the crime fiction crowd. Don’t be surprised if Post is a household name by book three!" -Writer's Bone

Crimespree Magazine
Wow, thanks so much to Kate Malmon over at Crimespree Magazine for this killer review of Lightwood.
"There has been a lot of buzz around Lightwood and Steph Post, and it is well deserved. She weaves a strong story about families and what people will do for theirs. Pay attention to Post. She’s going places." -Crimespree Magazine

Lightwood Playlist at Largehearted Boy
Largehearted Boy is one of my favorite book and music websites. David Gutowski was king enough to offer me a spot for a Lightwood playlist. In all honesty, the one I put together is pretty damn perfect. If you know what the novel sounds like, check it out...

If My Book
Many thanks to Monkey Bicycle for running my "If My Book" piece on Lightwood wherein I compare the novel to everything from scissors to tattoos to a dog named Scraps.

Books and Booze and Lightwood
Because, you know, the bartender in me just couldn't resist....
Many thanks to The Next Best Book Blog for hosting my "Guide to Books and Booze." There's a lot of drinking in my latest novel Lightwood, but for this piece, I'm imagining what would happen if all of my characters walked into a bar and had to order shots. Cheers! *clink*

Lightwood in the Tampa Bay Times
And then sometimes your novel gets reviewed in the newspaper... Many thanks to Colette Bancroft at the Tampa Bay Times for such a wonderful review of my novel Lightwood (I'm a sucker for well-written book reviews). You can read the full review on the Times' website, but here's a little snippet:
"Lightwood... keeps up a headlong pace as the Cannons, the Scorpions, Sister Tulah and other forces clash brutally all around Judah and Ramey. You might not want to visit Silas in real life, but it makes a fine setting for this twisted and compelling tale." -Colette Bancroft, Tampa Bay Times
