The Elemental 15th November 2013

My new book, The Elemental, will be available to buy on Amazon Kindle on 15th November 2013 priced £1.02. It is the first book in the new Blair Dubh (pronounced doo) Trilogy.

The Elemental is set in an isolated Scottish village with a killer on the loose who uses the elements to lethal effect. When Blair Dubh is cut off by a storm the villagers start to turn on each other, suspicion and fear obliterating lifelong friendship and trust as they all wonder which mask the monster hides behind.

Please see my website for more details.

Thanks, Heather.

Fantastic Response!

My third Dividing Line book, A Family Divided, has had a fantastic response and made it onto the Amazon's Bestsellers list and the top one hundred of crime and romance. Many thanks to everyone who downloaded it.

I've had several queries as to when the fourth book will be available and in response to this I can say it will be on Amazon Kindle at the beginning of January 2014. In the meantime, I will be releasing a new stand-alone crime novel. Thanks, Heather.

A great time at Bloody Scotland

Just got back from the Bloody Scotland crime writing festival in Stirling and it was fantastic. Not only did I get to meet the truly wonderful and fabulous and one of my all-time favourite writers, Stuart MacBride, but I got to meet the eminent psychologist David Wilson. I also got to hear from such great writers as Val McDermid, Alex Gray, Craig Robertson and Lin Anderson. The festival was laid back and relaxed, everyone just so happy to be there and I had the pleasure of meeting some very nice people. All in all it was a great weekend in one of Scotland's most beautiful cities and I can't wait to go back next year.
