Your ability to communicate effectively and your success potential are inextricably linked. What is communication? Communicating is central to every aspect of life. Everything we humans do is a form of communication. Communicating is foundational. Obviously, communicating includes writing and speaking, but it less obviously includes self-talk, body language and even your energy. Coconut Curry Cabbage and Forbidden Rice

This meal is absolutely delicious and takes very little time to prepare. If you must, you can substitute any veggie for whatever you have handy in your refrigerator. It does not get much better than this creamy, decadently rich meal that somehow does not leave you feeling full or "weighted down" after. The key is to not overcook your vegetables. Leave them crisp and vibrant. This exotic and easy dish will leave your friends and family craving more and thinking your are a genius in the kitche...

Leadership: Cultivating a Brilliant Creative Team

When cultivating a creative team, don't make the common mistake of only looking for technicians. And don't fool yourself into thinking you can just "hire" smart people and manage them with traditional leadership if you want to achieve something spectacular. Brilliance and super-creativity can only be cultivated and recognized by creative brilliance itself. You can't ask for or get what you don't understand yourself, and this is one of the key challenges of leadership.

Have respect for the great and magnificent source that created you

The purpose of this message is not to provide you with a belief system. You were created and you do exist. Rest your mind for a moment in the peace of knowing you were created and you do exist. Do not quarrel or restlessly seek for more knowledge, until you have given proper honor to what you already know. You exist. No matter the source of our creation let us give honor to that source. Pause your opinions, debating and absolute knowing for long enough to conceive gratitude. Once you conceiv...

Self-Talk: Conscious Creation through Intention and Word Power

So many people are obsessed with the illusion of knowledge and knowing. At one time I regarded myself as a deep thinker, but now I see myself only as a deep feeler. I’ve given up my belief in so-called knowledge. People are feeling creatures, and no matter how much knowledge they possess, they are all going through the same emotions, feelings, trials and tribulations, and we all share those same human emotions that define our experience in the only real world we will ever know, and that is o...

To the Rescue: Wellness Questions and Answers 1

Question by Anna M:
I am 38 year old woman and I was a super energetic person, happy and always smiling. I loved to dance for hours, to ride my motorbike, to go out with my friends... I suffer from endometriosis stage 5. These last 7 years my endometriosis got worse and worse, so much that I spend almost all my day in bed. My body lost muscles and shape. My hair and skin got weak and lifeless. All my body hurts, joints, knees, etc. It has been a domino effect. I have tried to get more active...

Monocultures create mind-monopolies

There is a real war, but it is between authoritarian, fear-based, profit-seeking uniformity, and freely democratic, anarchic, organic diversity; a battle between unnatural deceit and natural truths. It is a battle between the digital, synthetically-glossy Billboard Top 40, and the imperfect, analogue truth of brilliantly-flawed local live music. But ultimately, this is really a war between the forces of life and death, and the sacred expression of self-determination and freedom of choice. Mo...
