#Southern Night Blossoms in a #WhiteGarden
During a Southern evening, the temperatures cool and garden fragrances become heady.
In planning your Southern garden, think about the almost glow-in-the-dark visual beauty of a white garden.
Here’s are some photos which inspired Laura’s Raleigh garden in Vines of Entanglement.

What is a Biom in #VinesofEntanglement?
Key to unmasking a killer in Vines of Entanglement, this is a biom
Made by the Danish company, ECCO, its streamlined design features a flexible, thin sole and unique leather uppers made of yak.
Yes, yak. Or, camel leather. For breathability and toughness.
The small treads offers a great look and comfort for walking or everyday tasks. The thin sole will only appeal to a small audience of runners who prefer minimalist footwear more often found in the “toe shoes.”
Bioms, with a light, tight fit, promise a “natural foot position” almost barefoot experience. This is good or bad, depending on your running form. No cushioning, bad running form will punish your foot.
If you are a runner purist, this may be the shoe for you. Retail price is $125.
Run long. Run well.

Behind the Scenes of #VinesofEntanglementThe Greenway

The Greenway
What exactly is the Raleigh Greenway where Laura discovers her murdered employee?

The attack on the bridge

The natural beauty of Crabtree Creek
The Greenway is a “network of public open spaces and recreational trails which provides for activities such as walking, jogging, hiking, bird watching, nature study, fishing, picnicking and outdoor fun. A major goal of the Greenway Program is to establish a completed network of interconnected trails throughout the city.” http://www.raleighnc.gov/parks/content/PRecDesignDevelop/Articles/CapitalAreaGreenwayTrailSystem.html
I love this abandoned and very atmospheric bridge just off the Greenway system
