A Great Read: As Good As Any Clancy or Ludlum Novel … With a Twist- By Washington’s Blog

I’m a sucker for Tom Clancy and Robert Ludlum type spy novels. Sibel Edmonds’ The Lone Gladio is a great read. It’s one of the best action, thriller, spy novels I’ve ever read. It’s such a page-turner that I stayed up way too late reading … and ignored my work. I had to find out what happened to the main characters! …

… Written with all the excitement of a Clancy or Ludlum novel, The Lone Gladio blends the typical male spy thriller voice with a unique female voice … which provides an interesting and complex perspective …

“The Lone Gladio” Reveals Washington’s Strategy for Winning the New Great Game- By Christoph Germann

Sibel Edmonds’ new novel The Lone Gladio takes the reader on an exciting journey across the globe from Northern Cyprus and Azerbaijan to Southeast Asia and the belly of the beast in the United States. As seemingly disconnected plot strands are brilliantly woven together, we get to see how one of the most important clandestine operations of our time works and who is pulling the strings behind the scenes …

… The Lone Gladio is thought-provoking from the very first page and the blurry line between fiction and reality encourages the reader to take a closer look at publicly available information about the actors, locations and operations mentioned by Sibel Edmonds in her novel. Even small details deserve closer attention. For example, when Georgia’s Poti Sea Port is named as a transit point for Afghan heroin in the drug trafficking network of the company,[7] this is hardly accidental.[8] …

… Readers of The Lone Gladio will realize that operations like this are not conducted by the respective puppet government on its own, as we are often led to believe. Instead, Pentagon, NATO, CIA and MI6 are pulling the strings behind the scenes …

… The Lone Gladio is a must-read for everyone who is interested in the New Great Game in the Eurasian Balkans. Sibel Edmonds has written an eye-opening book, which sheds light on Operation Gladio B and provides much-needed information to understand current developments in Central Asia, the Caucasus and beyond …

Edmonds Speaks Truth through Fiction in ‘The Lone Gladio’- By Guillermo Jimenez of Traces of Reality

Podcast:

On this edition of Traces of Reality Radio: Guillermo is joined by Sibel Edmonds, editor and publisher of Boiling Frogs Post, founder-director for the National Security Whistleblowers Foundation, and author of the critically acclaimed book Classified Woman: The Sibel Edmonds Story.

Sibel has just released a new book, a novel, called The Lone Gladio. In this interview, Sibel explains why she chose a “fictional drama” as the vehicle to tell this story. She speaks about a few of the various interesting characters in the book, and her inspiration for writing them. Of course, any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental. Sibel also talks about many of the larger themes in this book: Operation Gladio, black ops, government corruption, and the Deep State. Sibel explains how Gladio did not end with the Cold War and the fall of the Soviet Union, but continues to this day in what the FBI calls “Gladio B.”

Sibel discusses the present-day importance of Gladio B as run by the company — a confluence of high-ranking officials in the Pentagon, CIA, MI6, and NATO — and what it has to do with the terror unleashed on September 11, 2001. The Lone Gladio is a gripping story full of twists and turns. Sibel masterfully navigates readers through tangled webs of lies and conspiracy, shining light on issues that prefer darkness.

The Lone Gladio Distills the Complexity of the “Deep State” Down to its Most Basic Properties- By Mark Mondalek

The Lone Gladio by Sibel Edmonds Ray Bradbury once characterized his classic dystopian novel Fahrenheit 451 as being a literary novel disguised as a fugitive chase story. Edmonds’s own fictional approach deploys a similar story-telling technique, one grounded in the fast-paced, life-or-death aesthetics of her foremost subject matter …

… The Lone Gladio’s ability to distill the complexity of the “Deep State” down to its most basic properties is arguably the novel’s greatest achievement. Through a vast array of pieced together narratives, with characters spread out within a wide labyrinth of hidden networks and locations––from Turkey to Vietnam; Washington to Azerbaijan––a comprehensive vision of this veiled reality is meticulously constructed …

… In its own “web of ambiguity,” The Lone Gladio journeys beyond labels and pegged ideas to frequently ask more of its readers than meets the eye. The space between the traditional roles of protagonist and antagonist are so compact at times that a true distinction between good and evil is left nearly indecipherable …

The New American Magazine’s William Jasper Reviews Classified Woman: The Sibel Edmonds Story

I am truly grateful to Mr. Jasper and the New American Magazine for writing and publishing this very well-written and assessed review of my book. This review is written by a journalist and author who knows and truly understands the saga of government whistleblowers. Several years ago, in the early-mid 2000s, Mr. Jasper was one of very few true journalists who daringly covered, reported, and wrote about the facts and harsh realities involved in cases of national security whistleblowers- including me and several members of our organization (NSWBC). As you can tell from the review below, he understands and knows what he is talking about, and that my friends, is a real rarity when it comes to the US media and those who sell themselves off as journalists. Here are some excerpts from the review:

Classified Woman Unplugged in a New Session with Alex Jones

Yesterday (Friday, May 18), I had another video-radio session with Alex Jones that was supposed to be for 20 minutes but went on for over an hour. I was completely (utterly-totally) unplugged. Mr. Jones has a way of opening up his interviewees. Not only that, he is not afraid of getting into the ‘real’ issues-the macro topics. Some of you may know this already, but for those of you who don’t: I get miserably bored (and frustrated) when I am asked to recap the sufferings related to the whistleblowing journey, and to talk about the minute issues of bureaucratic bungling and incompetence. Unfortunately that happens to be the norm. Fortunately, for this Jones’ session I was not placed in that utterly boring and sleep-inducing position. We got to talk, passionately talk, about the macro issues, the most important aspects of my case and whistleblowing journey, and the core problems facing our nation. Thank you Alex Jones!

Video: Telling the Sibel Edmonds Story

James Corbett presents the unprecedented lengths that the government has gone to suppress the Sibel Edmonds Story, and the publishing industry’s active collusion with the FBI, the CIA, and other government agencies to either "allow" or "disallow" the publication of books by certain whistleblowers. Corbett discusses new technologies and self-publishing enabling whistleblowers and truth-tellers to circumvent the entire government/media/NGO conglomerate that has dominated the entire institutional infrastructure of "approved whistleblowing,” and the opportunity now available to the public to familiarize themselves with the information that the government has been fighting for years to suppress in any and every way possible.
