What’s the dealio?!

I have been getting a lot of ‘What’s the skinny, the 411, the low down, what’s a happinininnn (

No one had really asked in any of those terms, but it would have been cool if they had!

Anyway, I have an answer for you. Flutter was originally published in 2012 and last year I decided to take it down and re-edit it and that somehow turned into me basically re-doing the entire storyline of Flutter. Characters were changed, added, and completely taken out. A lot of the beginning was changed and added to as well as throughout the story. This version is, for the most part, completely different than the first. It’s short by a couple of thousand of words, but still a very big book at over 600 pages. I love the new spin on the story and I hope you do too!

You can buy Flutter on Amazon and iTunes, but it has not gone live on Kobo or B&N yet. As soon as they do I will have links for them up. Flutter will only be on sale for .99c until tonight and then I am putting it at $4.99.

On to the next question I get asked on a daily basis and I don’t mean that to sound like i get tired of hearing it because I DON’T!1 It’s motivation to finish book 2 and get it out there to all of you who have been so patiently waiting for it!! I promise it will be done this year, but as of right now I do not have a release date, but I hope to soon!!

Flutter is finally LIVE! Thank you so much for your patience over the last couple of months and push back dates for this books. Editing took a little longer than expected, but this book is a monster at over 500 pages! But it’s finally here and I can move on to finish SHATTER. And speaking of SHATTER, I do NOT have a release date, but I am hoping to release in June. However I will be making a HUGE cross-country move to South Carolina and I don’t know if I will have it finished before, but I will try my damnedest to!

Chocolate, Clowns & Penis

has NOTHING to do with this post!! But would you believe that those are the top searched?! I would. People are Kinky with a capitol K!

So this post is long over-due and since I’ve already lured you over here with the false promise of chocolate, clowns and penis, you might as well read the rest of this post…. you might be surprised at the end…

I won’t bore you with my sob story, but let me just say that being a mom of three a wife to one and an author to many is NOT an easy job. It’s a job that I love more than anything, but it’s tough. Writing doesn’t always come easily especially when your brain doesn’t want to work with you and that happens to even the best. I’m not saying I’m the best, I’m just saying that EVERY author goes through a funk every once in a while and I went through mine the end/beginning of this year. Writing was just not coming to me and it freaked me out some, but I’m finally getting into the grove again. I’m sorry for the delay in this post and on all my current writing problems, but I needed to take a step back and breathe. With that being said, I am back into full force! So what does that mean exactly? Well, it means for a VERY busy year for me and you readers ) Here is what I am working on now and what I plan to have released later this year, Please know that even the best laid out plans change, but for now, this is what my schedule looks like. BUT FIRST, I want you all to know how important you are to me and how much I appreciate the support you show me every day, even if it’s just liking or commenting on a post! I love hearing from you all. So thank you for being there event when I don’t hot my release dates!

Flutter and Shatter are my first and top priority!! Flutter is being edited as I type this and will be released no later than the first week in March!! I know it was supposed to be re-released in December, but there were editing conflicts on my part and it’s something I’ve just barely gotten worked through. As far as Shatter, I’ve already started and have gotten a good chunk of it written so it won’t be far behind. The last few books (possibly 3 more) in The Discover Series will follow closely behind.

I have a co-author book I am putting together with Tabatha Vargo, The Wrath of Sin, and it’s halfway done and will be something I am working on the side and will probably be released before Shatter, but it’s not taking away from Shatter in anyway.

On to The Darkness Duet novels. I have gotten so many messages and emails and comments asking about another book for Sebastian, Makayla & Careless anddddddddd…. they are coming! Sebastian and Careless will have their own books titled after their names. Sebastian Dare and Careless. I am not putting a release date on those, but I am hoping to have them out by end of year. As for those of you asking for another Ryland and Araya book… there might be another one in the works and it may or may not be titled The Beauty in Darkness…

I have so many stories and characters inside my head that sometimes it hard not to drop everything and work on one specific idea because it keeps calling to you. I have this story, tentatively titled, Pieces of Me that won’t leave me alone. I seriously think of this story all day every day and I want so badly to write it, but like I said, Flutter and Shatter are my top priorities, but know that I am really excited about this one!

So, in not so much of a nutshell, that is where I have been, where I am at now and where I plan to be at the end of the year. Hopefully, this post makes sense and not just a rambling mess, but since 9 out of 10 times I AM a rambling mess, I wouldn’t put any money on it, haha. Worst author blogger EVER!!

So I am the worst at keeping up with my website and I’m too controlling to let someone take care of it for me and I love it too much to delete it. I know what you’re thinking… get a real problem! Well, I am also out of chocolate and damn it, that IS a real problem!!

Anyway, this is going to be a packed post, again, because I’m a bad author blogger/website updater

First, I have a cover reveal for Shatter, book 2 in The Discover Series!! It’s absolutely…. there are no words!! I’m so in love and Regina, my cover lover, did an amazing job! As she always does!!! Take a click to look at the cover for Shatter!! I don’t have an exact release date, but I am hoping for EARLY 2014!! Also, don’t forget Flutter is set to re-release this month if all goes well!
