Goals…
I wanted to make a point in celebrating the small things in life, so when I published my tenth book, I decided to buy myself a little something…
I love animal necklaces. This little guy fits right in with the others. Isn’t it gorgeous?
Not to be outdone, my husband picked out a small gift for me as well…
We get this little fella tomorrow from a local shelter. My husband picked him out. *squee* I’m soo excited!!
We’re still struggling to come up with a name. What would you suggest?

After long last, I’m pleased to announce the release of the fifth book in my urban fantasy series, Electric Night!
This is my tenth book (yay!), but I swear it was cursed. Every step of the production was delayed, but I think it turned out all the better in the end. Isn’t the cover gorgeous?!
AN INSIDIOUS EVIL ENDANGERS THE FRAGILE PEACE BETWEEN THE HUMANS AND PARANORMALS. IF WAR ERUPTS, NEITHER SIDE WILL EMERGE UNSCATHED.

A lot has happened in the last few months. The good news — Electric Night is nearly ready to be published! There has been some production delays, but I’m hoping to release the book soon. Yay!
I’ve also decided what book I will write next…think Academy of Assassins. I’m really excited about the idea. Then, if I have enough time, I’m going to try and release a second Raven Investigation book this year. Woohoo!

Happy Halloween!
Sorry I haven’t been around much lately. Funny how life seems to get in the way of things. I hope everyone has a fabulous Halloween!
My Halloween day started at 3:00 a.m. when the ‘oh mighty hunter’ aka the dog, found his nemesis aka a possum hiding by the garage. I heard barking, but didn’t get up to investigate until 3:30 a.m. Unfortunately, by then, it was too late. The fight was over even before it had began and the possum was too injured to save. A shame. It looked so cute and fluffy.
