I'm so proud to announce that I'm a contributor to the latest Chicken Soup for the Soul! The Joy of Less features 101 inspirational stories about decluttering and simplifying your life and soul. In my story, "Silencing the Should Monster," I talk about finding the courage to say no without feeling guilty.
