"Probably when I had a date with this girl and when I showed up and waited for her, she ended up cancelling last minute."
Aww, poor Steven. If you got asked out by him would you ever cancel? Of course not!

Smash: Where Do We Go From Here?
After two seasons and more misses than hits, Smash has bowed out, but not before the dazzling and very meta number, "Big Finish." Ivy and Karen belt, "Give them that big finish and they'll forget what came before... So I give this lesson to you, my friend / They'll forgive and forget if you’re good in the end / Just give them that big finish and leave them wanting more."
I didn't forget, but I am left wanting more. Since there's no way the show will go on for Smash (I highly doubt another network will pick it up), I thought it’d be fun to do a little dream casting. Hey, you never know!

Our second favorite girl on TV is Jessica Day (Zooey Deschanel) from the show New Girl. We just love her girl-next-door, preppy, and quirky style that perfectly fits this month's geek chic theme! Her sunny disposition is evident in the way she dresses and we find it totally cool that she can wear classic a-line silhouettes or mix classic prints together and still look fresh and trendy!
