Dr Myles Munroe Dead in a Plane Crash

Dr. Myles Munroe dead in a plane crash
It was shocking to read that Dr Myles Munroe is dead. His wife, Ruth Monroe, and seven others also died in the private jet that crashed in Grand Bahama.
It was believed that the jet crashed on the way to the Global Leadership Forum hosted by Dr. Myles Munroe every year, according to a Tribune 242 report,
Dr. Munroe is an internationally respected author, teacher, government consultant, and leadership mentor. He is the senior pastor of Bahamas Faith Ministries International Fellowship.
He and his wife are proud parents of Charisa and Chairo (Myles Jr.). Other news outlets are reporting that his daughter is also abroad the crashed jet. This is a very tragic news.
The world has lost a true leader, one of God’s gift, and one of world’s best. May his soul rest in perfect peace and may God comfort the family the deceased left behind.

Your Shelf Image — A Reflection of Your Self-Image

Your Self-Image
How do you see your shelf?
How do you feel about your shelf?
How much are you investing in your shelf?
Your shelf image is a reflection of your self-image
How much you invest in your shelf
Is a reflection of how much you invest in yourself
It is not what you are that keeps you from investing in your shelf
It is what you think you are
How much you invest in your shelf is a reflection of how much you invest in yourself
If you have a low self-image
You will invest little to nothing in your shelf
If you see yourself valuable and worth something
You will make great investment in your shelf
Believe in yourself
Bet on your shelf
Invest in your shelf image
And get great returns on your self-image

Instinct by T.D. Jakes Book Review

Instinct, a book by T.D. Jakes
When Instinct by T.D. Jakes was released, I decided to not to buy the book for my shelf but for myself. Having listened to T.D. Jakes teachings on Instinct to Increase, I have no doubt that Instinctwill be a bestseller and a great read.
Sharing life principles from biological and cellular research, his life and business experience, scriptures and sociology, technology and telecommunication, T.D. Jakes reveals how your internal navigational system, your instinct, can guide you through life journey until you arrive at your destined-nation.
Starting from basic animal and maternal instincts, T.D. Jakes takes you with him on a safari through the jungles of South Africa where you see instinct in action. With adventurous lessons from the lion, the elephant, the giraffe, the zoologist and the Zulu, he explained how you can decode your design, understand your wiring, and operate all the numerals of your interest with a common denominator.
Fact or faith? Data or drive? Gut or brain? T.D. Jakes showed how we can strike a balance between instinct vs. intellect, intuition vs. information, when to go vs. when to grow.
In Instinct, T.D. Jakes did everything to communicate clearly and convincingly, teach from his life experience, and illustrate his thought pattern like only great teacher could. Ive read most of his books and I can say Instinct is his best work to date.
Life Lessons from Instinct by T.D. Jakes
You will gain a lot from reading Instinct. Not only will you be able to take inventory of what is inside of you, you will also learn how to cut to the core to discover what is in you. You will learn how to struggle through and survive life transitions, how to deal with predators in the jungle of business, political, religious life.
Fact or faith? Data or drive? Gut or brain? T.D. Jakes showed how we can strike a balance between instinct vs. intellect, intuition vs. information, when to go vs. when to grow.
Buried in the pages of this book is how to live by instinct, love by instinct, learn by instinct, and lead by instinct. If you know you have what it takes but need a guide on how to take what you have, you need to read Instinct.
The book might not be the vehicle to take you from where you are to where you want to be, but it will sure serve as a map that will guide you through the highways and the detours of life. I highly recommend that you read it.
I learned one of his interviews that Instinctworkbook and study guide is also available. This will be an opportunity to put the principles to practice.
Have you read Instinctby T.D. Jakes? Do you have it on your To-Read list? Are you reading it? I will love to know what you think about the book.

How to achieve your 2014 goals Lessons from 2014 World Cup

Goal getting lessons from the 2014 World Cup
If you’ve been following the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, youll observe that the second half is played differently from the first and most of the goals are scored in the second half.
In the first half of the tournament, each team tries to get acquainted with their field position and also study the game plan of the challenging team.
However, the second half is played with a lot of determination and often separates the men from the boys. Teams that winin the 2014 World Cup are strong, resilient, and score goals.
The second half
January 1 to June 30, 2014 is the first half of this year, the second half starts this July 1, 2014. You have another 6 months to challenge laziness, complacency, and procrastination team on the field of your dreams and play with hard work, relentlessness, and a lot of push if you want to score your goals for 2014.
How to achieve your goals in the second half of 2104
To win when referee called time blows the whistle on December 31, 2014, here are three things you must avoid:
Dont pass the ball to the opponent
This is no-brainer but it happens. If you want to reach your goals for this year, make sure you dont pass the ball to laziness, complacency, and procrastination, the trio play too well to keep you from reaching your goals for this year. Hold on to the ball and pass it to your team members: hard work, relentlessness, and a lot of push.
Dont let the opponent score first
In soccer, you get demoralized when the opposing team is leading in the second half. You want to make sure you score your first one or two goals to boost your teams confidence. Make sure you win some little victories this month on the way to your goal for 2014, it will boost your confidence.
Dont relax until the final whistle
If you are currently winning in 2014, remember that its not over until it is all over. You must keep up on advancing to score another goal and not relax your game plan. Work hard, play hard, and score as many goals as you can until you hear the final whistle on December 31, 2014. Good luck!
