We’ve been hard at work on book three and events are taking an unexpected turn. The characters are throwing us for a loop and nothing is as it seems. Rose and Rune, however, may be heading for heartache… We don’t know what’s to become of them.

His lips curved in a totally sexy grin and Rose found herself sucking back drool once again. Damn, she needed to get her hormones under control before he clocked onto the effect he was having on her. She drew in a sharp breath as he shifted his body closer to her, her eyes closed briefly as she reveled in his heat, and when she opened them it was only to be trapped like a fly in amber as his eyes bored into her with an intimacy that was almost too much to bear. He knew. Godammit! He knew!
Even though Roman was in her head, in her heart, like a stubborn splinter buried deep under her skin, she couldn’t fight it. She wanted Rune. Needed his hands on her, hot and rough and…her eyes fluttered closed as her lips parted, moist and ready.
